Honestly, the breakfast was missing half of the food. I am used to Wyndham properties being a little better. There was no bacon or sausage, not just run out… there was none all morning. No eggs. No grits. I was glad to have milk and a waffle. Danish ran out but that was ok. The coffee taste like last night’s brew. I through out the cup and drank milk instead.

The coffee The price for the value was too high. Light bulbs were blown in bathroom. The lighting was dim in room, but that was ok. Not worth complaining about.

Although the interior is a bit dated and can used a refresh, the location is wonderful. The garden and swimming pool just great to relax. Plenty of wildlife around to observe from close quarters too. It all together lakes for an enjoyable stay and look over the dated interior. Price/quality is excellent.

The interior could use a good refurbishment. The exterior has already received such an uplift. Otherwise there is not much to dislike. Friendly staff, great and convenient location. Dated interior but clean.

Autum at the front desk who checked us was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom, Breakfast had a nice selection. Location a bit out of the way but nice, Pool was nice,

The only thing is the bath tub has very rounded bottom edges is very slippery as I feel getting into the shower. Yes there is a rubber bath mat which I did not use but I don't think it would helped with the rounded edges.

The room was nice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast on Sunday was great with lots of options. Enjoyed our stay.

Only complaint is that the breakfast on Monday morning was sparse. Most items were gone early. No coffee, either. Disappointing. Monday breakfast was improved, but only a few options. At least there was coffee this morning. It's a shame that the pier bar is only open on weekends for a couple hours.

The room, bathroom, and facility were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Although I didn't partake, you can fish in the canal out back if you want to

The shower/tub was a little small. I kept hitting my arms against the wall while showering, and if I leaned to avoid that, I was afraid of losing my balance

Great location, swimming pool, nature to observe in the back yard / pier. Great observation deck too. Very nice and wzelcome stop. Plenty bars in vicintity for a good night out. Back to Butch's Bar highly recommended: cheapest watering hole in the USA.

Sadly the excellently located and beautiful Pier II Boathouse Lounge remains closed. When it re-opens it woud be amazing added value to staying here.

It was convenient and comfortable.

We were shocked to see a notice asking us to remove our own garbage to the bins as no room service daily! We were also disappointed that although arriving for breakfast an hour before it ended there was nothing left in heated trays and very limited other options (I had the last bagel). At least 4 other couples arrived after us and at least one couple just walked away not taking anything!

I can't explain why, but this hotel has a magical atmosphere, with a very romantic location in front of the lake. It's not exactly the best, but there are happy families, laughing children, parents fishing and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The staff is very friendly and I would happily return with my children.

That the side door didn’t lock. I felt like that was a safety issue. The room door you had to make sure you pushed it shut. The bathtub wall had rust for the handle. The beds was ok. We could feel the mattress spring in a few places

Absolutely wonderful place!! The staff, the grounds, the location, and such a clean and comfortable room!

Honestly, I don't have anything negative.. However, the pictures showed four poster beds, and when we got up there, the Footboard posters were gone. It had no impact on our stay aside from my mind trying to figure out just "what" could have precipitated such a drastic measure of removal!
