Staff, Patti and Karen were the most gracious, nice, friendly, and hospitable that I have EVER experienced. I appreciated that they welcomed us and answered any questions with enthusiasm and did not make us feel that we were a bother to them.

Actually there was nothing I did not like on particular. Some things could have been improved, but overall this facility was above adequate.

The check in process was very organized and smooth. The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I didn’t have any toothpaste in my room & The room I booked had an ice maker machine located in the front of my room. It was very noisy. Besides that no complaints

Loved the pool especially because Noone else was there. Loved the breakfast,especially the chocolate muffins and the staff was very nice and helpful. Absolutely love the location.

Asked for a smoking room because my husband smokes, but the smell in the room was terrible,even my husband complained. Never get a smoking room again.

location was great. Very clean. A lot of the food was gone or empty at 7:30 so we just ate other items.

Bed; every time you move sounded like metal bed frame was coming apart on both beds. Everything else in the room was great.

The room was comfortable, it seemed like the Hotel was in the middle of upgrading the rooms. The wall covering in the bathroom was separating from the wall in spots. And I had to correctly replace the light cover in the bathroom. The room had been hastily clean. The floor had been sweep, but not moped! Spilled some water, and got it up with paper towels...the paper towels was black, no exaggeration.

Great breakfast, hot and displayed nicely. Friendly staff, I gave them a break. Being that Ian, had just passed through, and they lost power for a while.

I liked that it was well lit all the way around the building so I felt safe walking my dogs at night. Breakfast was amazing too!

Every thing is nice and clean and I love the new shower, and the breakfast.

Really liked location. Really liked Breakfast and coffee. Really liked that it was clean and updated.

We stayed 6 nights and had to keep waiting on wash cloths. They said they were all out except what was being washed. Would be nice if they stored more incase they are busy like it was. Also would have been nice on one night if they told the ppl partying at the pool to calm down just a little

DANIELLE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. And the room was very clean and up to date.

There were no dislikes, I will be staying here every time in the future.

Bed had metal frame that would buckle when you moved around.
