Both ladies at the desk were absolutely fantastic! Very welcoming and friendly. Access was great. I am disabled so having all kinds of ways to access the elevator to my floor was very much appreciated. The bed covers were clean and very warm. The shower was fantastic as well! Also, as breakfasts go with hotels that offer them, this was probably the best I’ve seen! Well done!

Well, in all honesty, the room smelled a bit musty and not because it wasn’t clean. The AC was not working properly and the air from it smelled musty - as if a filter needed to be cleaned or was moldy.

The man who worked on reception the evening we arrived was great The breakfast area was nice and quiet

The sheets weren't clean - they smelt of other people's greasy hair The woman at reception in the morning we left was rude and never smiled once

Me and my family were very pleased with the staff they were very friendly and polite, Robert is an amazing costumer service employee 👍 the breakfast was great and the coffee the way I like it strong . The stay was very pleasant.

The facilities was nice. It needs a little more cleaning and that’s coming from a daughter of a former housekeeper.

We able to plug up boat to charge batteries and boat was secure didnt feel uncomfortable leaving boat unattended . Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant
