We really liked the vibe. Its like a tiny holiday village. We also liked the location because we rented a motorbike but travellers on foot wouldnt like it probably because you need to walk 20 mins to old town center. Our room had a kitchen and a small living room with big balcony. Spacious. Also it was nice that it looked to the backyard. There was a gardener who took care of the plants and they looked really nice.

The cleaning ladies were super loud. We woke up several times because of their noise while cleaning other rooms. They shut the doors and closets like they are mad. Also the property looks like a laundromat in the day time because they are messy and they leave all kinds of cleaning supplies, sheets, dirty sheets on the common floors. Noone cares obviously. Breakfast is expensive. The most expensive beach club serves really delicious breakfast for the same price.

Breakfast was good and varied. Pool was great and there were nice pool toys for the children. The town of Kos, the grocery store and the seashore were a suitable distance away. Place was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere.

Unfortunately the hotel cleaners were arguing and making a lot of noise. Strange, because on the other hand they were very friendly to us. The apartments need updating and the balcony doors need oiling.

Since the beginning I felt welcoming. I like this hotel and staff was very friendly.

Rollo has also small kitchen with some Utilities. But There is no scrub at kitchen! It wasn’t okay for me. Also there is no separate shampoo. Their shampoo just not so good because it’s multi purpose shower gel. I can advise to have more standards at bathroom products. Also one water bottle will be nice to first day.

The staff are very attentive and very helpful when you needs something. The location is very convenient, walkable distance to harbour and town. The service is very efficient, we handed in a laundry bag and get it back on the same day. The accommodation feels very homely and the staff makes you feel very comfortable.

Aircons are quite old so when you have it on it’s very loud.

Loved everything about Aegean Houses! Our room was spotless & spacious. The swimming pool was cleaned every evening. There was a great summer holiday vibe there, a great buzz but not too packed. We were greeted on arrival in the most welcoming way, with lots of information provided. Staff were exceptional and so friendly. The food in the restaurant was brilliant and very reasonably priced. The chef needs a special call-out as she really is brilliant!! The waiter who looked after us each day was so helpful and jolly, and all of these elements really helped make our stay so enjoyable. Its about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, on a straight road with shops and cafes along the way. For us that location was great!! You will not regret staying in Aegean Houses!!!

Nothing to dislike!!!!!

The property has a nice pool and a cool bar, which gives a holiday vibe to the place. It is a bit far from the main touristic area, but very close to Lambi Beach. They allowed us an extra half an hour in the room at check-out, upon request and gave us some treats.

It has an impersonal feeling for a Greek accommodation, there was no feeling that they cater for the individual needs of their guests. For example, when asking about arranging a taxi to get from the harbour to the accommodation, we were offered some vague indication about the fact that there are usually taxies there. We actually ended up walking all the way to the property (30 mins with luggage). There were some noisy guests at the pool who disrupted the atmosphere.

It was a central hotel just near the town and very near to a lovely beach (Lambi). The staff was top lovely from the entry to final, they tried to speak Turkish with our kids, offered free lemonade to them. Hotel was very clean especially the pool hygiene was their top priority.

Our room was at the base floor , no light was entering the room , there was a little smell of damp and the bathroom was so old with very old curtains.

A good variety of continental breakfast. Fresh sliced fruit everyday. Choice of tea or coffee A good selection of juices. Lovely to sit outside overlooking the pool area There is something for everyone unless you are a very fussy eater.

Would of liked hard boiled eggs for breakfast It would of been nice to have whole apples/oranges/bananas

With our two kids we really enjoyed our overall stay. The decoration, quality of equipments, beautifully designed garden and more importantly very professional and friendly team. (from bar tender to the housekeeper)

We had a car but it might be difficult to walk down town without one.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were super friendly. It has a great pool with loungers. The restaurant has a good selection. It has a very fun atmosphere but is quiet at night. It's a 15 minute walk to town and a short walk to the nearest beach. There are loads of restaurants and shops close by.

The wifi was really slow.
