I would like for the hotel staff to have asked me if I wanted to participate in the optional linen exchange instead of just signing me up. I travel a lot and I have my own linen so $1.00 per day seems pretty pricey to me.

I didn't like having to carry my trash to the dumpster. I liked the size of the room, the clean refrigerator, the stovetop and the large sink. Everything looked very clean and pristine. The one thing I did find that was gross was under the toilet bowl rim. They clean every 2 weeks, my toilet bowl and sheets can't wait that long so I washed my sheets and purchased a toilet bowl brush from Dollar Tree. Everything else in the suite looked so clean, I was surprised at all of the black stuff that came from me scrubbing under the rim. Overall, I think they do a fantastic job of keeping the place clean.

I don't like that they didn't disclose prior to booking, the fact that guests have to take their own trash to dumpsters. Also they have a linen exchange program where you have to pay to get clean towels, face cloths and bed linen. The person on duty when I arrived did not inform me that this is an optional program and signed me up without my consent.

It seemed like a pretty new property that was well kept, very clean, and comfortable. I used and liked the laundry room (which had plenty of machines) and the fitness room. Convenient to the airport and both Raleigh and Durham

The room has a kitchenette but NOTHING to cook with. No plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker. Nothing.

The wifi, the beds, the room, the fast elevator, the girls who work here. Very peaceful area and not to chaotic like Raleigh some parts

The shower is cold after midnight. I couldn’t get toilet paper at night because no one was there which happened twice. We would get in late so then we couldn’t get the help we needed. The shower wasn’t cleaned enough. So I cleaned it but everything else was clean.

Location. Newness. Cleanliness.

Lack of coffee and breakfast. Security seems a bit excessive and somewhat ineffective. Many hotels require a key card to access the elevators and gym or other facilities, but needing it for even the front door seemed a bit much. And half an hour after arrival we saw the back door was propped open.

The rooms were very clean.

Was never told about towel exchange. Have to bring them down to front desk. No breakfast. Came down one morning at 5:30am to find someone sleeping on a couch in the lobby.

Whenever I’m visiting for work I stay at this facility and it’s usually very comfortable, safe, and not far from the Research Triangle or areas to shop/eat. Raymond and Izzy are always great to work with and the facility is being maintained nicely as well as the rooms.

Some of the guest have their children/babies in the hallway all hours of the night and you can definitely hear some intense conversations from guest who don’t mind yelling.

Well maintained and clean facility

Could be better communication between staff at shift change. I had to continually confirm my scheduled room cleanings.

Good price. Traveling with my dog. Place looks brand new and clean. Quiet at night. Close to many coffee shops and the airport.

No coffee. I was handed a paper when I checked in. Too tired to read it. Didn’t realize “extended stay” meant no coffee.

Always very quiet no matter how many people are at the hotel. Staff are always very polite and nice. Very clean room. Tv work, remote works.

No dislikes about the property! This is one of my FAVORITE places to stay.
