If it was possible to rate it with 100 instead of 10 it would be awesome! The room itself is big enough, clean, comfortable, with an AC, fridge, free water and coffee. Good location, short drive from the beach, very quiet, next to 7/11 supermarket. But the big deal here is the owner and the amazing family atmosphere created by him and his wife. Great hospitality and kindness. Moreover he was providing us with free Tuk Tuk service with his Lamborghini :) everyday, at least 2 times per day, where do you get that? Whatever you need he can help you with the best way and best deal. We booked boat trips from an agency and cancelled them after he arranged for us for the same price private tours for me and my husband and his wife cooked for us a very delicious lunch in a box. That's the way to see the islands, not in a group of 20ppl and always in a hurry with a schedule. These trips were the highlight of our stay, so don't think twice and book everything you need directly with him. If we go back to Krabi we will definitely stay here again and I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Mit, all the best and we hope to share some beers soon :)

Our stay at this incredible place was truly unreal. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning, and the internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done. The cleanliness of the space was next-level—spotless in every corner—and the thoughtful touches didn’t go unnoticed: fresh coffee and water provided daily made our mornings that much better. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host and their lovely family. They go above and beyond in every way imaginable to make sure you’re comfortable and cared for. One standout moment was when we requested laundry service for five people—a big ask—but within hours, everything was washed, dried, and folded beautifully. On top of that, the host even offered us lifts to the beach and town center whenever we needed, which made getting around effortless. The host and their lovely family were the heart of the experience. Warm, kind, and always going the extra mile—they truly made us feel at home.

There was truly nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing to note is that they’re currently in the middle of constructing a swimming pool, which didn’t impact our stay at all—and once it’s finished, it will be an amazing addition to an already perfect place.

A small family run business. When you stay with mit & his wife you are family, they are the kindest people and nothing is too much to ask. Only a 3 minute taxi to night market and main strip, AO nang pier is just down the road so location is super convenient.. they will give you free lifts into town too! You can do private boat & day trips with them for a fraction of the price of tourist stands! The hotel room was basic but perfect for what you need, the bed was comfortable, fresh towels/water/coffee every day, 1 minute walk to 7 eleven. I would definitely stay here again it just felt like home from home. Thankyou

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful! The property was a little bit further out of Ao Nang main area however the owners provided lifts in and out of Ao Nang free of charge at a moments notice! If you like to walk it’s approx a 45 min scenic and lovely walk along the beach into Ao Nang. The room was lovely and spacious, it was equipped with everything you could need and the bed was extremely comfortable! Coffee and water was provided daily. Large 7-eleven two minute walk away for anything else you might need.

We were a little unsure as the location seemed to be a little way out but having now stayed here I am so pleased that we did. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in on our travels. The bed was comfy and soft which we were grateful for given that most of Thailand seems to have rock beds! The aircon worked fantastically well and the room was nice and clean. As you enter the room you are greeted by the fresh smell of the sheets. The bath is good, and the shower has good pressure. The patio is great for sitting out on especially when it is raining. Mit offers a selection of breakfast options for 99B and it is well worth it. He delivers it to your patio and then taps on the window letting you know it’s there, the food is also great tasting. Finally the best part is Mit and his Lamborghini. What a great man, thank you so much for making our stay with you so great. We will be returning.

The owner (Mit) is an excellent host, always concerned with our well-being during our stay, always available to transport us in his Tuk-tuk (Lamborghini), and promptly supported us on the tours organization. A passioned, genuine, and inspiring person! Super comfortable bed, remarkable cleanliness, and what a great smell as soon as we entered the room. Efficient and quality laundry service and breakfast served at our door when wished, at a super price. Very food value for money.

All our expectations were fulfilled, and we truly recommend this place.

I needed some time away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang so booked this place for a night. The owner could not be more friendly, the hotel is pretty far out from the centre of town and beach but he offered to drop off and pick me up any time I wanted to go in. The beds were really comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep here. 7/11 is also in walking distance which was convenient for snacks!

It would have been good to have soap in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was a little bit shabby, but perfectly serviceable.

The hosts were wonderful they helped us with everything and took us around on their Tuktuk and everyday and evening, they organised our boat trip which was perfect, as well as the taxi to the airport. They couldn’t be anymore helpful. The bed was fabulous and the sheets too.

You can’t really walk anywhere from there but the hosts eliminated that problem by taking us everywhere.

Great value with transportation! Extremely comfortable beds and close to lots of food stands and 7-11 and local Thai food..Yum. Also an elephant sanctuary close by. Quick access to hop on a ferry to island hop yet emmersed in the cultural experience so best of both worlds…Tours readily available for you and there is a lovely fountain close to your room.AVery welcoming tour guide who will take you to Ao nong beach…I really enjoyed this place and there is a local fruit stand with amazing local Papaya .. restaurant down the road was amazing

This is one of the best properties that I lived in during my last three-counties trip. First of all the van from the Krabi bus terminal dropped me at 5 minutes walk to the property in just 60THB. I located the property easily with google maps. This is a single story property so no issue of stairs and elevator. It is a family run property nicely managed by the owner Hamid and his lovely wife. They both are very welcoming, very friendly and very cooperative. You have a free tuk tuk drop and pick service for the nearby ao nang beach. Even a walk to the beach takes only 20 minutes. The room was quite big with full glass panels and curtains on front. It was a nicely arranged clean and tidy room, The bathroom is also very good. You have a an AC and kettle both working properly. Better to use mosquito repellent at night. The laundry service is good and cheap. The property is quite famous in that area and the organizers of my Phi Phi + 4 Islands trip very easily picked and dropped me at the property. I loved the quiet and suburban vibe of the property. There are good and cheap restaurants and shops nearby so there was no problem with that regard. All in all it was one of my best stays in whole trip.
