The staff went above and beyond for us as my husband left some items in the room when we were checking out and we came back hours later to get them. Location is great. I think it's one of the nicer places to stay in Alamosa - not fancy, but decent and clean. Glad we stayed here instead of another place the rest of our party was staying.

Breakfast was disappointing. No OJ, eggs were dry and probably powdered.

Had requestded a Handicapped room, but did not get, but noticed that the man that checked in right behine me, probably late 30's, drove to the handicapped room, but parked in non handicapped and went into the handicapped room. The room did have a mild odor of disinfectant.

Almost everything. Staff is amazing

The air mattress did deflate, not sure if it's user error or stretching. We wanted to eat breakfast outside but the table had what appeared to be ticks on it, not necessarily the facilities fault, it's nature. The table was under the tree, however we lost our appetite for breakfast

The breakfast was fine, Brian did a great job keeping the area stocked and very clean. He was friendly and gave good information of the Alamosa area.

Nothing that could be changed.. the layout of having to walk outside to pool, ice, breakfast. It’s winter and thank goodness weather was mild. It is a motel, I know, not a hotel.

Affordable place not far from Great Sand Dunes National Park. Breakfast included had some different options.

Nothing wrong with the property - just a simple hotel that had what you need if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two.

We only stayed one night. Conventionally located.

I asked for an extra blanket upon arrival, it was late and we were ready for bed. The guy on duty told me he would have to wait until his partner came back, he had the keys to laundry. I went back a couple of times with the same response. Finally I called again and another guy answered. He apologized and stated the need for a blanket wasn't reported to him and he immediately brought us one.

All four breakfast meals were good. Plenty of menu options for different members of our group.

Dispensers in the shower did not work, even though they were full. Also, pool ran out of towels and even after informing staff they were not replenished until later the next day.

The pool & hottub were the perfect finish for our all day train ride on the Cumbres and Toltec Senic Railroad! Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options to get your day started off right. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

What's not to like? Great accommodations!

The people are friendly, the breakfasts were hot and tasty, and the room was clean and bright. It also had a window in the bathroom to allow for fresh air.

The bathroom could use some maintenance, the shower drained slowly and tub could soon use replacement.

The staff member on reception was very friendly and kind. The grounds were clean & tidy. Breakfast was free; however, we did not eat there as we left early in the morning. Parking was also free. KFC next door, however, drive through only when we were there.

Not a dislike as such but the building was dated, and the rooms could do with an upgrade to be more modern.
