Beds were comfy, pool and hot tub worked. Breakfast was the best we'd had our whole vacation. Room were spacious and served its purpose.

The pull out couch wasn't the greatest. You can feel the springs and my kids complained of not sleeping well. Also there isn't much parking. We had 3 handicap people in our group and I had to park in the gravel lot behind the motel. It didn't help that a lot of people didn't know how to park and took up 2 spots for no reason.

Overall, our expectations were fully met and even exceeded what was expected. Front staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and very clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Great experience. Would recommend to our family and friends.

Checkout was at 11:00. We started to to load our belongings into the car around 10:00 but our card key no longer worked at that time. A minor inconvenience.

I liked the value of this hotel the best. The breakfast is excellent (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles) plus the regular (yogurt fruit ,juice coffee cereals muffins toast...) It is on the edge of town but only a few minutes from central Alamosa by car. They played the funniest videos in the breakfast room. It made me smile. The hotel was a standard 2 queen hotel. They had a small gym, an indoor pool and a spa (but I didnt get a chance to use these). The wifi was good, it did cut out a couple of times but I could get right back on. It was a strong signal.

The location was great, front desk staff was friendly. The room was large and clean, bed was comfortable and i slept well. No funny smells or loud noises. I didn't get up early enough for breakfast, but there was still coffee and it was tasty!

The shower was a big let down. It looked dirty and the shower head had minimal pressure.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nadia, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Nadia, the front desk staff member, was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She efficiently checked us in and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Unfortunately, during our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred, completely unrelated to the hotel or its staff. However, the way the hotel staff handled the situation was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, making our safety and well-being their top priority. The entire staff, from the front desk to the management, displayed genuine concern and attentiveness. They consistently checked on us to ensure we were okay and provided any assistance we required. It was incredibly comforting to know that they were there for us during such a challenging time. Speaking of the management, George, the manager of Comfort Inn and Suites, was actively engaged with guests throughout our stay. He took the time to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused by the emergency situation, even though it was beyond their control. His genuine empathy and understanding reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction and creating a positive experience. Aside from the exceptional service we received, the hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities offered were also excellent, including the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The location of the hotel was convenient.

Very personable staff. Friendly. Late evening ,early morning clerk , I believe spelled Moniqua was especially cheerful and a pleasure to deal with in early morning hours . Had breakfast ready to go early as I needed to hit the road . Thank you for making the start of my day a good one !

Solid hotel. Comfortable bed. Room was very large. It was quiet and dark at night. Hotel was clean.

Better coffee service. Breakfast was decent but breakfast room was crowded most mornings probably because there were youth sports teams staying there

Quiet, clean, decent breakfast, some noise from the road, but pretty comfortable overall. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.

Their cleaning fluids are powerful but left an unpleasant odor after cleaning - we left the windows and doors open for a while when we first checked in to allow the room to air out.

we absolutely loved the staff!! they were all so kind. everyone there took pride in their job and the rooms were cleaned with high standards. the staff did wonderful with breakfast. they continued to cook and fill the hot breakfast until 9. they didn’t leave anyone without breakfast.

The company could add in more noise reduction between rooms. the people upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. we could hear the laundry and the guests in the room next door talking quietly to each other.

This place was amazing! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Great breakfast! And a special shout out to Sara over in breakfast. She is the sweetest, most kind lady we have ever met in our lives! She made our stay and Kingston’s first trip one to remember! We will come back just to see her! And front desk plus housekeeping is the best people as well! Thank you all for an amazing stay!!
