We enjoyed this hotel! It was an affordable for what we saw in Alamosa. The lady who checked us in was very nice and the overall vibes fit our preferences. Breakfast was nice being able to order from a list of options at the neighboring restaurant as part of the cost of staying there. It worked well for us as a place to stay the night before we visited Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We would have appreciated more pillows. It didn’t seem like the heat worked super well for us, but then again, it’s hard to say for sure because the power was out when we woke up.

The location was perfect. It was right in downtown Alamosa and we walked several blocks, windows shopping. Breakfast was served in the restaurant next door, free of charge, with about 5 items to choose from. For example, we could have pancakes with eggs and bacon, or short stack of pancakes etc. All freshly made.

The restaurant where the free breakfast was served did not open until 7:00am on Monday and we needed to leave earlier. The staff put up the sign in the windows at 7 after we had wanted for 45 minutes. Very upsetting.

Breakfast was good and plentiful . The Inn was easy to locate . The air conditioner worked real good . Local restaurants were easily accessible .

We tried for a while to get the television to work . I'm pretty sure the cable box was bad . We were tired from our drive so did not worry about it . There was no coffee maker in the room , I don't think it was offered and I did not notice when reserving the room . The water pressure seemed to be fine until we turned on the shower . It either had a restrictor in the shower head or it may have been plugged .

The front desk staff were super polite and the room was very clean. Most hotel rooms I stay in that are carpeted, the carpet usually feels pretty disgusting and I keep my socks on for that reason, but this room it actually felt very clean and I felt comfortable walking around barefoot. You can tell they really care about keeping their inn very comfortable for their guests. Also, it's really close to downtown and a quick walk to restaurants and bars which was really nice not having to find a parking space. I was worried that the room wouldn't get cooled down enough because of where the AC unit is located in the room, but I actually got too cold at one point and had to increase the temperature. It's very comfortable and convenient and I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice and quiet motel in Alamosa, on walking distance to several restaurants (incl. on premises) and pubs (incl. a good brewery) and the historic Rio Grande Scenic Railroad. The lady at check-in was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast is served in the on-site restaurant with a good variety of tasty options. A nice stopover on our way to the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

The location of this hotel is very good, Great Sand dunes is roughly 35 miles from hotel which is fine. The breakfast was really good and multiple options. The queen bed were comfortable and bigger than many hotels.

Room amenities can be improved given the price is at par with other 2 or 3 star hotels. Coffee machine these days is available 24*7, here the front office closes at 10 and after that nothing is available.

We thought the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. I am a light sleeper and was able to sleep all night, very quiet, could not hear anything from the other rooms. Water pressure was good and hot water was almost instantaneous. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The free breakfast was awesome, they give you a voucher for each person in the room for a breakfast at the cafe attached to the motel. Even my hubby who tends to be conservative with compliments said give them excellent 😉

There are no negatives we could come up with🤷‍♀️

The room was comfortable and cozy. Has a bathtub that is well cleaned. Had both central air conditioning and in-room air conditioning unit, so it was easy to regulate room temp. Easy access to several restaurants and great free breakfast.

The towels were pretty old and harsh on the skin so they could consider a renewal. One lamp was broken and could not light up. But overall a great stay!

Overall experience was positive, the hotel is at good location, room was clean and pleasantly looking, parking was available. Free breakfast is provided to hotel guests, and it's a very decent full meal.

The sound isolation was not good. I had some guys in the next room talking and watching TV, even though it was around 23 o'clock, and I could hear them so well that I could not fall asleep. I fixed this by knocking their door and politely explaining that they were too loud. After that they toned down and I could sleep.

Location is great for visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park. It was also close to a wildlife preserve which we enjoyed visiting at dusk. We were greeted warmly at reception. The room was clean with a small fridge. Location is in town with many excellent restaurant choices. We enjoyed breakfast (included in room price) at a cafe next door.

We were in Room 120 and, unfortunately, the bed squeaked every time one of us moved so It was challenging to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, our stay was good.
