* Very friendly and helpful staff * Pool was clean and at a great temperature. Hot tub as well. There was a crate full of miscellaneous pool toys. The room is HUMID. Feels like a sauna. Felt great most days. Some days you wished you could crack a window. Pool/Hot Tub is open until 11 pm which we LOVED! *Breakfast was nice. Lots of different options.

*Checked in at 3:30. A half an hour after when I told them I thought we'd be there. We head to our room and its still being cleaned. No big deal. Get moved down a floor. Room was great. No complaints. * The dryer in the laundry room was out of service. Got the impression it had been for a hot minute. * When it rained on our last night, the first floor area near the stairs/laundry room was getting a LOT of water inside. Staff was already there cleaning and securing the area when we first saw it.

The location was great. Easy drive to fueling stations and shopping centers for supplies; walking distance to restaurants and Starbucks :) The breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold choices. Every staff member we was friendly and courteous during interactions. I really must commend the professionalism of the staff, the hotel was FULL of people, every room booked and they remained friendly and attentive. The room as nice. Neat, clean, and cool, which was a welcome bonus on such a hot long weekend. We stated 3 nights and our room was freshened and towels restocked. Staff made the conference room available so i could attend a virtual meeting and wrap-up some work. Our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. We were on third floor and did not hear street noise. Very quiet in motel also. Bathroom good size with sink in bathroom (which I do not like the sink outside of bathroom.) Walking distance to several restaurants. Also walking distance to several shops, stores etc. also exhaust fan in bathroom worked! Coffee and water in lounge. Did not eat breakfast

There were just a couple of maintenance issues nothing major. The closet door needed fixed had to prop shoe next to it to keep closed and shower handle needed tightened

I stay at this location usually on my way to Charlotte NC to see my best friend. This time we decided to meet at hotel for a girls weekend since its a 4 hour drive equally. I selected the king suite. King Bed with a Livingroom and it was perfect! PLENTY of room to spread out. We were a weekend too soon for some of the tourist things we wanted to do. Highly recommend The Tractor Bar and The Longpoint Tavern. Theres a Walmart and Sheetz close if you need anything and the hotel has a small shop for necessities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this La Quinta!

Location and breakfast were the absolute best!! Hearty hot breakfast and in seconds you are back on the main road. When we checked in the lady was lovely and so helpful. Suggested the mexican family restaurant and it was incredible!!

Traffic noise was loud, but was expected. Did not expect young people to be riding back in forth in the parking lot for hours; revving the engines etc. Kitchen attendant (older female, short blonde hair) was not happy to be there and made that clear. Asked a question; grunted response. No smiles here or desire to interact even to say good morning.

We loved everything about this place. Everyone of the staff members that we came in contact with was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Jen was super awesome. I was talking to her one night and she gave me the courage to talk to my man then I had been with for 16 years. We booked another night at this wonderful establishment and got married the next day! Thank you Jen you are the best! I am so very thankful out of all the places to choose from we chose this place. Highly highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to all the staff.

The friendliness, fast easy check in and the food was fantastic! The location was great for getting around to different things. We were able to park close to our room which was great. It was really nice to have a refrigerator and microwave to work with. It was very quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The hot tub was nice to use after whitewater rafting and being a little chilly from the water.

The toilet in our bathroom did not flush well at all. It took at least two flushes to empty the bowl.

I liked just about everything. I had a couple of complaints ...kinda. There was carpet in the halls and in our room. I would have preferred wood floors instead of carpet in the halls and the room when it is a pet friendly hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised that there was no bad odor even though there were lots of stains on the hall carpets.

The carpet in the halls were stained but surprisingly did not smell bad. Also the dog walk area is a small area in the back of the hotel and on an incline hill which made it hard to walk my dog. I was also very surprised that the rooms were carpeted being that it is a pet friendly hotel. I like the wood floors when I bring my pet. The room did not smell bad at all though.

We arrived early and immediately were checked into a room on the high traffic side of the building. They were very willing to move us to the quiet side and even offered to help us move. The pool was open, and we enjoyed it very much. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nicely furnished. We appreciated the large counter in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection to choose from.

We thought is was perfect as it is!

The staff was very accommodating when we asked for a first floor room versus third floor since we had two children under two and under with us and did not want them to bother other guests. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Overall very quiet and told us where to grab pool towels, but we did not use the pool during our stay. We loved that there was food right there at us so we did not have to drive anywhere else.
