Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a bottle of water and was pleasantly surprised when the front desk gave me a bottle for free. I was expecting, and willing, to pay. Housekeeping staff would ask in the hallway if there was anything we needed. Every staff member smiled and greeted us. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Waffles were okay and coffee was good. Egg omelets was rubbery. Chicken sausage was just gross. It would have been much better to have just plain scrambled eggs and pork sausage or bacon. Not everyone likes their eggs with other things added to them.

One small thing that bothered me. When I went to run the bathroom top, I could smell mildew, which is probably coming from the pipes. I am quite sensitive to that because my house has the same thing. Sometimes it happens, but you have to get either bleach or some sort ofcleanser to clean the inside of the pipes to make them not smell. The bed was very comfortable and it was fairly quiet for the night! We enjoyed our stay.

This stay was very nice. The only thing was when we arrived our room was not ready. The lady at the desk Stephanie stated there were call offs. She did offer another room on the top floor but our family was all on the lower floor so we declined. I asked how long would be ready she stated about ten minutes. Two hours later I had to call and the lady said to hold on she will call she said she couldn’t get hold of the cleaning staff. I asked how will you know when the room is ready if you can’t even get hold of them. She then stated “ I walk my ass up there to find out.” Extremely rude who talks like that to a paying customer. Still never got our room she called half hour later going on three hours to say she had another room, at that point we took it. Great hotel not good service.

This way, by far, a superior visit. The staff Krista, Taylor and Linda were absolutely wonderful. They should be rewarded for their help, kindness and consideration of our dilemma. Any employer or organization should be very proud of their customer service. They made our stay wonderful.

Quiet and clean.

Breakfast options lacking variety. My daughter is lactose and gluten intolerant, she couldn’t eat anything except the guy was very nice to offer to make her eggs with no cheese. Very polite guy. Also the lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all.

Bed was extremely hard but we were only there one night There was only one night stand but my husband and I both use a cpap we improvised with one of the hassocks from under the table

Loved our visit here. Seems the updated it quite a bit since we were here last time. Everyone in the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and had a good selection. The pool was nice

I didn’t have time for breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a prepackaged to-go bag.

Only two regular coffee packs in room. I could have asked for more but I was too lazy. My fault.

Place was clean and comfortable.

Power was out because of a storm, which was understandable, but AC was not working at all on second day of our stay. They said the place was on generator, so should’ve been able to run AC. Was there for a wedding so with the heat, wasn’t able to get wife’s makeup done right…

Breakfast offerings were above expectation with something for just about everyone including a lot of healthy choices like fresh fruits, yogurt, and cereal as well as omelets, bacon, and potatoes.

The only complaint that I have is that I found the hotel impossible to reach by phone before I arrived.
