We got a suite and it was much bigger than we expected! Staff was all very kind.

The lady that checked me in charged my account $315.88 instead of running my card for the incidental hold which then meant I was stuck waiting several days for my refund to go through to my bank. On a plus side of that the gentleman that I asked about this was very efficient and seemed to really care about getting this returned correctly. Also when I called a couple days later just to check that it was all done correctly the lady was very kind and helpful.

Motel was very acceptable. Had a good room, good bed and quite for my stay. Decent Wi-Fi (unsecured). I didn't get up early enough to get breakfast but the coffee was good. Other than having to stay on the 3rd floor (no elevator), everything was fine. Staff was very friendly and American! Thank you!

Having to climb three flights of stairs to get to my room. Other than that, everything else was ok.

The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioner worked great. The price was fair, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection besides waffles, granola bars, and apples. Could have had some toast, pastries, cereal, or yogurt .

For someone even slightly handicapped, access is at best, difficult. There is no car unloading area. You have to unload from your parking space, carry luggage into front office, down 3 or 4 steps and to your room.

It’s was very clean and the staff were amazing. The cleaning ladies there were very hard workers that stayed at it for what seemed like forever. But their attitudes never changed. Always smiling and doing their jobs amazingly. The whole staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. Hats off to everyone that works there and the great jobs they did.

The property was well maintained and no complaints.

Room was clean, had enough towels & supplies. Breakfast was sufficient. Several restaurants right there to choose from.

The bed is to hard—and there is no usb charger connection for your phone—you have to plug into electrical outlets to charge.

I was charged a hidden fee I was not told about. I’ve called about it and wasn’t able to find out what the charge was. From the cost and Google searches, I believe it was parking. I was not informed parking was an additional cost beyond my online booking. I ended up staying elsewhere when I came back through.

It was okay, nothing I could eat..I'm gluten free.also no milk for my coffee.just flavored creamers..Husband liked the waffles

Very noisy..we were next to the parking lot and lots of noise in the hallway..

Our room and bathroom were very clean! The air conditioning was great. It was good for our family traveling with 2 dogs and a baby.

There is no elevator which wasn’t a big deal to us but might be to others.

Suites are on 3rd floor as no elevator and not handicap accessible. We moved to first floor. Needs noted on booking.
