The hotel was full, so there were delays with getting the room clean.

The room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Robert Plesa. The food at the Miorita Restaurant was decent, offering authentic dishes. The pool, both indoor and outdoor, was incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The cleanliness and overall ambiance exceeded my expectations, making the stay truly enjoyable. The attention to detail in the services provided, such as the well-maintained spa and prompt room service, added to the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and excellent service.

Good place to go with children. The pools are heated so children can use them, the playground was clean and on Friday and Saturday evenings they had a professional person to entertain the kids. If they get bored with the indoor facilities, the outdoor playgrounds from Poaian Brasov are very close by. We will definatelly return, but we always have to book a long time in advance because they are usually completly booked!

I had to remind them to change the sheets. After I called them, in 5 minutes, they sent 2 staff members to take care of the problem.

Everything. We've stayed at this hotel twice before and we highly recommend it. It has the kind of elegance not seen since the beginning of the 20th century. At the same time it has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms. Many of the rooms have their own sauna. The views are unbeatable, the breakfast is excellent and I could go on and on. They also have a big playroom for kids. A special mention for the amazing staff who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I mention in particular Claudia and Robert with whom I interacted the most.

The staff must , and I say it again, MUST rise at the hotel standards. Do something about the attitude and the room service and forget about the carpet in the rooms. Deliver to the guests whatever they want and make them happy. emproov your menu for room service and for the spa. It’s so poor. Aitherwise, you’re …ok.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious with a fantastic view of the slopes, mountains, and lake. It’s perfectly located in the center of Poiana Brașov, close to restaurants and main attractions. The reception staff were amazing—very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served great food, and breakfast had plenty of options. The spa area was a highlight, with three pools, a jacuzzi, and three saunas—absolutely loved it. I’d definitely stay here again!

The restaurant food was delicious, though the prices were a bit higher than expected. Still, overall a great experience, and I’d gladly come back.

This hotel really impressed me. The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed but the "piece de resistance" was definitely the huge spa - a great pool, several jacuzzi areas including one outside, plus large saunas and a steam room. Breakfast was plentiful. The receptionist was very helpful, the servers at breakfast, a little less so. It is well situated in Poiana Brasov, nearby to where the bus stops and close to a number of restaurants (unfortunately there are no really good ones in Poiana Brasov, but Vanatorul, almost opposite is probably the best of the bunch as long as you are not vegetarian - they specialise in bear, wild boar, venison etc!). I also felt the hotel was excellent value.

Every year, my husband, my son, and I look forward to spending Christmas Eve at Aurelius Imparatul Romanilor. This place has become a cherished tradition for us, thanks to its many exceptional features. The rooms are impressively spacious, providing a sense of comfort and luxury. The SPA area is truly outstanding – last year, they renovated it to include a Himalayan salt wall sauna and a steam sauna. The facilities also feature both indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, a warm water pool, and a cold water pool, all of which make for a wonderfully relaxing experience. Breakfast is another highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that satisfies every palate. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always adding to the welcoming atmosphere. What stands out is their commitment to continuous improvement. Each year, they upgrade something – this year, it was the carpet; last year, the SPA received its makeover. I’m already counting down the days until our next visit!

I liked the breakfast and all fods served, also the pools were clean and kid-friendly. The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was pleasant and professional. The children's playgrond was pretty and safe.

The room's carpet/rug/moqquette should've been replaced with a fresh one as it was pretty stained and with obvious signs of usage. The couch was as well too worn-out and the windows were too dirty like someone popped a champagne in the balcony and splashed them. The bathroom could've had updated plumbing especially at the sink. I disliked that there was no mosquito net frames at the balcony so the door couldn't stay open as there were wasps entering the room.
