The owner who works on site at the attached restaurant/bar has lovingly restored this 1800s mansion. In a fabulous waterfront location with stunning views of the mountains, sea, and the main restaurant strip. Within walking distance of everything! The owner is charming and very responsive. When we explained that we didn’t have time for breakfast the next morning, he gave us some loukoumades to go, topped with chocolate and cinnamon. We’re pretty picky about coffee, and the cappuccino I ordered at his café was delicious.

We initially had a room on the third floor. While the rooms are lovely, they have a small window on the floor that is about knee height.

The room was lovely and clean, nice balcony and view, the shower and bathroom was very nice too. We had a great stay the staff, reception and maids were so friendly and really made our stay special. Cant recommend staying here enough we hope to come back in the future.

The location is great for the beach and all the beach bars/food but the walk into kalamata centre may take around 20-30 mins so be prepared. That is no fault of the hotel itself though

The hotel has a nice location near to the harbor. The room was cozy with good temperature (it was cold outside!) and the room was clean.

The restaurant and around the hotel are in the process of being redone. It was a little confusing to find the entrance to the hotel, it is over on the side, rather than being very clear. No one was at the desk and it wasn't clear where to find someone. We weren't offered the option of getting the breakfast which I think we would have taken. The rooms were nice but our windows were very low and not that much light came into the room.

great location with basically everything you need from a hotel room. Brekky included too. Good size room, nice bathroom. our room didnt have a view but that is no issue, prefer to go downstairs and experience everything in person anyway!

nothing really to complain about other than no coffee facilities in the room however, much prefer to be outside enjoying the view, people and beach while drinking a coffee.

I had a compact single room which had all the necessary comforts. It overlooked an external 'lounge' type entrance area, and was very quiet at night. The beach was less than 5 minutes away and was very gradually shelved making it easier for my moderate disabilities. There were lots of cafes nearby as well as tavernas.

Slight design faults with the bathroom and shower, but nothing too serious.

Beuatiful conversion of an old neo-classical building. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great location and restaurant bar next to the sea with great views to the Messinian bay, the port of Kalamata and the mountains beyond.

Breakfast was very poor. The two women serving were overstretched, things came in the wrong order, were late, and there was no apology for the inconvenience and the poor service.

The room was nice and made us happy. It had a bed that was very comfy and views that were beautiful. Having breakfast by the harbor was great. It was in a good spot to start the day.

We chose a room on the third floor, but it wasn't a good idea because there were no windows with a view. They upgraded our room to the second floor, which was better.

The property was so close to the marina, the view was fantastic. Staff and amenities were perfect could not fault anything.

Cannot fault one thing.

We booked 2 rooms, They were both beautiful.. Modern, comfortable, clean and the daily service by the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask for. Very friendly staff and perfect location close to the main beach and all the shops & restaurants.

great place to be close to all the gems of Kalamata. Love the natural interior and details. Lovely and helpful staff
