Very efficient business hotel with great location in the middle of the CBD

It’s getting a little tired

Location - if you like high end malls, you can't go wrong with this location. Pacific Place is right beneath the Conrad. As well as the MTR station that serves all 4 lines. Room - comfortable, adequately sized, beautiful Peak View if you got that room. Breakfast - good enough selections - but I was spoiled at the Conrad Macao for breakfast. Bathroom - very good Byredo toiletries.

Bathroom - cleaning of the toilet area could be better. Grouting of shower area needs a change.

easy access both to subway station (Admiralty) and hills and parks. Located on a hillside but you can use air-conditioned Pacific Place elevators and escalators. 5min walk to hongkong park, 10min walk to peaktram. The room was spacious enough for three persons (two beds) and had a very nice view over the mountain. We forgot to take plug adaptor but the room had charging ports for USB or C-type cables. Very convenient. Kind staff.

Elevators were congested from 0900 to 1200 in the morning. Breakfast was not bad, but we expect more than that from Conrad. We got canned waters (complimentary) but while travelling plastic bottles are much more convenient to carry around.

The room was spotlessly clean. The furnitures were not new in style but were well maintained and I like it that way because it would be an environmental disaster to throw it all just to be 'modern'. The toilet marble all seemed re-grouted, maybe some renewal but kept spotless. Their restaurants offered very good varieties of food with a wide range of budgets to choose from. It is well situated with subway mtr, tram and bus transport, even direct public bus from airport to the shopping complex below. Direct bus to airport is limited but mtr option is perfect. Within a large shopping complex with lots of good dining options, it is also connected to other buildings and shopping complexes. Very good value compared to other hotels in the area. Great unblocked view of the green hills which felt totally soothing even tho I was very busy! The ala carte roast lamb rack at their Nicholini Restaurant was exquisite as it just melted in my mouth!! Also tried their lunch semi-buffet which had good variety.

Whilst not a major issue, the reception as well as breakfast can get pretty busy at times.

I like that it is worth the penny. Great Location as it has access within the mall and everything is just few steps away. In room dining was superb. Great space in the room and I really like the separation of Shower and toilet. The credit we got everyday was awesome. Great value.

I did not feel the hospitality of the reception.

Great location. Executive lounge staff Jason & Moby were very professional yet friendly, and helpful. Elevator could be taken to the bottom which went straight to Pacific Place shopping centre and a short walk to the Metro. Pool was open but seemed private. Conrad provides robes & towels and the change rooms and showers were convenient.

Needs a renovation. Carpets are very old. Main dining area - efficient but chaotic with the number of people dining. More steamed dumpling varieties would be good.

Great location, great lobby with live music. Great breakfast, even though it was a little too crowded. Great view. Very friendly and helpful staff apart from the tallest lady at the reception.

Rooms are getting old. There are no plugs around the bed. This is our second time in this hotel in the last year and every time there are problems with the same staff member at the reception. It almost seems that she was sent to Conrad by the competitors, she seems alien in this great hotel. Unfortunately this tallest lady at reception had no badge.

I took the train from the airport and easily found the Conrad Hong Kong after exiting the Admiralty Station. This hotel has such an old world elegance, I immediately sensed it's charm. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and informed that my rate included the buffet breakfast, which was ample, varied and delicious. The hotel is connected and atop a very nice mall, all you have to do is ride the elevator down to enjoy window shopping, ice cream and various restaurants. The harbor view from my room was spectacular and lulled me into simply resting, feet up, with a beer and nuts in my room. Carol Young
