Excellent value hotel.Friendly and helpful staff.The room was perfect for my stay.Clean,tidy and comfortable. Absolutely delicious all you can eat breakfast with lots of options, including hot and cold. This was the best breakfast I have had in 4 weeks of travelling. Definitely great value at 8.5 Euros. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the centre,so very handy for sightseeing and accessing bars/restaurants etc. The outdoor swimming pool had just opened, and although I didn't use it, it looked very well appointed and appealing. Nice easy parking in hotel car park.

No issues for me.The hotel is on a main road and very close to a petrol station but I wasn't bothered by noise at any time.

Great location for visiting the tourist attractions in Mérida. With free private parking, it was possible to walk to many of the places to visit, including the city centre. I recommend buying the ticket that admits you to lots of the sites. If you're retired it's only 8€! I didn't eat at the hotel as I found the Bar Restaurant Mercado Gastronomico y Tapas San Albin just a few minutes walk away. Situated in the side of the Bullring, facing the Casa del Mitreo. Excellent meal and atmosphere. Good prices.

I would say that this hotel is one of the best I have ever been to from its location to their staff, to the service they offer, to the hotel’s facilities up to its cleanliness

I find the bed a bit hard but when I asked my boyfriend and other friends in another room, they mentioned that they actually love the bed. Hihihi. So maybe it’s just me! Lol. But one thing is for sure…you gonna know if people from the room next to you is using the bathroom because the sound of a running water from a shower is evident- which I don’t really mind though :) I would give this hotel an 11/10 but for that reason…it would be 10/10! <3

The receptionist Elena mad is very welcome when we arrived late in the evening which was great. Through out the later part off the evening she was doing 2 jobs looking after us at the bar. It's good when someone makes time to speak with you. Great location and parking. Had to leave early so missed the breakfast

Very good price versus quality. Perfect location to arrive by car, park at the hotel and walk from the hotel to the town. Good breakfast. Friendly staff!

A bit of stairs before you reach the elevator, nevertheless, in the morning, the amazing friendly receptionist helped us with our many bags!

For us the location was great. Easy to find, with parking, so we could leave the car on arrival and within a comfortable walk to the many sights, and close by the river. It's a lovely city. Breakfast was nice.

Neighbouring rooms a bit noisy but not a big issue.

The bed and tge room were comfortable but I thought the company skimped on things like shampoo and I thought there would be a machine for making some tea or coffee. It was comfortabke but basic. At times I heard the neighbours so the walls must have been thin.

Excelent location. Very close to the center. Parking is a big plus. Staff very nice. Room very clean. Old furniture but confortable. Breakfast was good for the price.

Air conditioning not good as you can't regulate temperature. Could be a big issue in hot nights. Parking spaces were clearly designed in the 1980s, for Morris Mini cars.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great VFM ! Rooms are basic but comfy / clean beds ! Staff always friendly ! Great location to walk to the plaza and our fave tapas bar mama Rosa’s !!

Shower head not the best

The property is walking distance to the main attractions. It was hot when we were there so it was great to come back in the afternoon for a swim in the pool. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is starting to show its age. Linen on the bed was clean but had stains and the towels had seen their day - need new ones!
