The best location possible. Only 5 minutes from all the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has a car park. Good aircon

Bed was too hard for me personally. Breakfast is okay. I feel the hotel is a bit overpriced, however I guess you are paying for location, which is unbeatable.

The location was great for sightseeing, souvenir shopping and dining. The hotel was clean and conveyed a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was quiet so we had no problems sleeping. The staff were courteous and friendly.

While the location was great as noted, the hotel is, like most of Mérida, located on the side of a hill. It's not a fault of the hotel, but future guests should be aware of this and set their visit expectations accordingly. Unless one uses taxis to get around the town no matter where one stays there will be multiple hills to climb. In the end the efforts will be worth the work.

The hotel was fine and well located for our needs.

Unfortunately, the hotel garage was closed off, so we had to park some distance away which was a pity as nearby parking was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. We appreciate that this is only temporary, but it would have been good to know about it in advance.

We arrived in the first hours of national blackout, there was no internet, no electricity. This did not interfere with the service we were offered at the front desk. The hotel is still being modernized and renovated.

The staff bent over backwards to overcome the difficulties with access and parking.

Road works everywhere. Not advised. A maze of streets to negotiate and had to park in an expensive car park. The hotel made arrangements for us to use their paid parking next door.

Good modern hotel with parking in a decent sized ground level garage. Comfortable room with street view. Located nearby Museum and other sights. Good breakfast.

Lift was small and rather difficult to operate but used good stairs instead.

Location excellent , clean rooms. Receptionist made the time to mark up a map so we would know where to go around the town and where some good food was located. Parking is very handy!

Paying extra for parking (but that’s just Spain I guess) and garage was very, very tight for a big car, by the time we arrived all the easy spots had been taken.

Great, Great, Great location. walking distance from the Ruins, Forts, City Center, Restaurants, Picturesque Walking Bridge. etc etc etc. Great little city. Don't miss it.

Nothing, everything was great

Location was very good. Staff dealt very well with the problems arising from the roadworks.

The WiFi reception was poor.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Roman Theatre and Museum. I would stay there again.

The foyer was a little dark which made it uninviting but everything else was fine.
