The apartment was modern with good lighting there was plenty of room. It was easy to find, plenty on-street parking, and the host's instructions on getting in were good. The location was good for us as we do like walking. We particularly wanted an apartment with a washing machine, thank you for that, but drying clothes was a little difficult, we were led to believe there was a balcony where we could put the clothes horse, but no balcony on ground floor for security reasons presumably.

As above - no balcony on ground floor apartment, drying clothes was difficult. No instructions for washing machine and couldn't see what brand it was so couldn't Google instructions. Something that would make the kitchen more useable would be if the door of the fridge was switched to the other side - usually a very simple job that would make it easy to access the fridge. None of these things was so terrible - it is a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights.

Quiet location just a short walk into the historic centre. Easy access and very comfortable. Street parking available. Very clean and quite spacious.

We booked a room with a balcony but given a ground floor room without. Not a big problem. Appreciated the great location and easy access.

Excellent location just couple blocks from theater. Easy parking. Codes left for entrance. Fabulous apartment. Modern, clean, well equipped. Tea and coffee assortment as a welcome. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. Large refrigerator plus our apartment has access to dishwasher and washer. Large table area for dining. Modern styled furniture. Stylish bathroom with bath essentials. Super excellent place. Oh and grocery around corner.

Very comfortable modern apartment with modern equipment. Once we got the door code entry was simple, Very good location for the Roman Ampiteatro and village. We found a little Spanish bar just round the corner that we liked Los Amigos. Parking was very good outside the apartment block.

We told then we would be there 3.00 to 4.00 but at 3.15 had to wait ages to get the door code via message should be meet and greet. should be instructions how to work cooker and other things if no meet and greet. drain smell in our room 402. It would have been nice to meet someone from RSI.

Location was great, parking was easy, apartment was clean with all needed items available.

We specifically rented this apartment as it started had wifi in all rooms. We were in an apartment on the 3rd floor and the wifi only worked when standing in the middle of the room and then only sporadically. Also a slight sewer smell in the bathroom.

Access to apartment made simple with clear instructions. Plenty of parking on quiet roads outside building. Easy walk to centre and roman ruins. Apartment clean and comfortable

Just a small hitch with shower as switch between hand and overhead immediate, so can get unwanted drenching!! It would be nice to have tea towel in kitchen

It is great location. Value for money is good. Staff is available through phone always. Room is good, sofa bed is also comfortable and fits 2. The place has all the amenities and we will definitely return here if traveling to Merida. Really close to a supermarket (Dia) and a children's park.

No cribs. Staff were very nice about it, and tried to empathize. However, a crib should be made available to make the stay comfortable for a family with babies. Next time we will bring ours :)

Exceptional help from the very friendly receptionist! A wonderful location, an easy stroll to the main historic sights and sites of Merida. The apartment is modern and for two persons, spacious. It was generally well equipped. And parking was easy. WiFi was very fast.

No microwave was available, although listed (for an overnight it didn't matter). (Nor was there a kettle though we enjoyed the coffee machine and complimentary Nespresso coffee pods). The very modern design included some attractive modern furniture some of which was suffering from careless knocks and cuts by previous occupants.

The apartment was easy to find and we could park the car on the street outside, it's in a residential area and very quiet. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre and very close to a range of restaurants and bars. The apartment is modern, quite compact but has everything you need, and very clean. We were given an entry code and a key safe number to obtain the keys.

The personal touch was a bit lacking, we had booked a two bed apartment for three of us, but the second bed hadn't been made up and it took us quite a while and a phone call to locate the bedding. On the second day the entry code was changed but no-one informed us of the new code, fortunately my husband saw another resident who let him know what it was. Also, there is a small hot water tank which is not sufficient for three people to shower in the morning.

It's a lovely reasonably large apartment with everything you could need for a stay in Merida. Access to the apartment was so easy and we were able to get in early. That was a real bonus. We highly recommend it for this time. A full grocery store is just one block away for your necessities.
