Very pretty hotel with picturesque and charming setting. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Extremely helpful staff if you spoke Spanish. Went out of their way to help arrange food trays in order to eat in our room because dogs not allowed in dining room and it was raining so couldn’t sit outside. Great breakfast with good choice. Staff allowed us to sit in bar area with the dog which was very helpful . Less than a minutes walk to the towns spa facilities .

Limited parking to the front of hotel. Smelly drains following heavy downpour. Luckily I was travelling with a friend proficient in Spanish as I think I would have struggled to communicate with staff otherwise.

All members of staff were particularly kind. The patio was lovely. Other guests nice and natural. And pets allowed. Beds very comfortable, rooms quite large and silent.

The bathroom had a bit of a pipe smell.

The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had an enjoyable stay and all the staff were very helpful. We will come back again 😊

The bedrooms need to be updated as some things were a bit loose, like the handle to the toilet in my Mum's bedroom.

We love everything about this hotel, the staff are all so friendly, it's in a great position and the food is delicious, authentic Spanish and healthy cuisine 👏🤗👏

A really lovely traditional hotel with beautiful inner courtyard garden with trees, lots of flowers and the birds singing Very friendly, charming staff and a good restaurant with set menu of delicious good value food Fantastic breakfast which was included in the price of room We hope to stay again next year 🤗

The staff were superb, everybody deserves a 10/10. The wellbeing centre staff were fantastic 10/10. There is some much history in the place and location.

The place is over price, for what they offer and time for the different types of facilities provide. The breakfast is always the same, needs to be more variety and choices. Being able to eat more local fruit and vegetables from the region. The Hotel needs to work with the tourist information about all the attractions and events close to the area and improved the region.
