Great location for visiting the tourist attractions in Mérida. With free private parking, it was possible to walk to many of the places to visit, including the city centre. I recommend buying the ticket that admits you to lots of the sites. If you're retired it's only 8€! I didn't eat at the hotel as I found the Bar Restaurant Mercado Gastronomico y Tapas San Albin just a few minutes walk away. Situated in the side of the Bullring, facing the Casa del Mitreo. Excellent meal and atmosphere. Good prices.

I would say that this hotel is one of the best I have ever been to from its location to their staff, to the service they offer, to the hotel’s facilities up to its cleanliness

I find the bed a bit hard but when I asked my boyfriend and other friends in another room, they mentioned that they actually love the bed. Hihihi. So maybe it’s just me! Lol. But one thing is for sure…you gonna know if people from the room next to you is using the bathroom because the sound of a running water from a shower is evident- which I don’t really mind though :) I would give this hotel an 11/10 but for that reason…it would be 10/10! <3

The bed and tge room were comfortable but I thought the company skimped on things like shampoo and I thought there would be a machine for making some tea or coffee. It was comfortabke but basic. At times I heard the neighbours so the walls must have been thin.

Excelent location. Very close to the center. Parking is a big plus. Staff very nice. Room very clean. Old furniture but confortable. Breakfast was good for the price.

Air conditioning not good as you can't regulate temperature. Could be a big issue in hot nights. Parking spaces were clearly designed in the 1980s, for Morris Mini cars.

The hotel was exactly what we expected , no bar or restaurant , clean , rooms were ok , price of entry into the site was reasonable and the amphitheatre and arena are well worth a visit , parking was easy , right outside the hotel

The information regarding distances from the hotel were way out of the actual distance to the main entrance. It's a 15-20 minute walk. Bars and restaurants shut between 4-8pm , usual Spain , annoying that we wanted to go later in the year but it states that the hotel has no rooms , I spoke to reception and was told that they are open but you have to contact the hotel directly

The property is walking distance to the main attractions. It was hot when we were there so it was great to come back in the afternoon for a swim in the pool. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is starting to show its age. Linen on the bed was clean but had stains and the towels had seen their day - need new ones!

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. I would stay again if the swimming pool was available!

I mainly booked this hotel as it has an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. However I forgot to check if it would be open (mid May) Unfortunately it's not due to open until June. Location was a little challenging, on main road, a bit of a trek from the train station

I liked the location as it was not far from the center and all the attractions of the city. The reception staff was extremelly nice, professional and accomodating at all time. The swimming pool area was neat and clean and nice.

Breakfast was never ready on time or ever (never seen the bacon and eggs ready !)

Was located in the perfect spot that we wanted. Close to all the attractions we traveled there to see. The room was spacious enough for all of us and it was very clean. Also the bathroom was well equiped and clean.

N/A We got what we were expecting. Didn't have mayor expectations about the hotel, so we didn't get disappointed with what we booked and pay. We had free parking for our rental and we were able to walk to every interest place we wanted to visit. Awesome location if you plan to visit the city!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was perfectly located, we could easily walk to Mérida historic center within 10 minutes. In addition there was a swimming pool, which was the perfect combination to chill out and deal with the heat.
