Benincasa Bed & Breakfast is an ideal place to relax. It offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a good bathroom. Breakfasts are worth a separate mention. We really liked the approach to organizing breakfasts - the staff puts out a lot of different snacks (bread, cookies, croissants, yogurt, etc.) and you can choose what you want and combine your breakfast as you like. The staff at Benincasa Bed & Breakfast is very polite and courteous. The location of the apartment is not close to the center, but there is a metro station nearby (5 minutes walk), so you can get anywhere by metro. We arrived late so we used the self check in option. I was contacted on WhatsApp by the apartment worker and explained how to do everything.

Rooms were big. It’s very close to metro station (Malatasta). Breakfest was ok. Mostly sweet sfuff but there is something for everyone. Breakfest saves alot of time when exploring Rome. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Lidl is 5 minutes away. Bathroom is very nice and big.

Sound isolation from other rooms needs to be alot better.

Really close to the metro station Malatesta (green line) so it was easy to go to city center. Also you can go to grocery stores and pharmacy walking about 10 min. The price was really fair.

I’ve noticed the doors had some damage but I talked to the manager and they said they would fix it. I would go back if they put cameras at hall just for precaution.

This place was in a great location right next to the metro which takes you into the city. For the value of money, it’s worth it and a great affordable option that’s close to the city. The area itself is not nice but if your going to be out exploring rome all day and all you need is a clean confortable bed to sleep on then this is a great option. Domenico and Eva are very friendly and quick to respond on the booking app for any questions you have. They were really kind, helpful and take pride in their work in making sure you are happy and comfortable. Great hosts and speak good English !!

With the breakfast is very minimal. I wouldn’t call it a sufficient breakfast. There was bread cheese salami, some pasties and packaged things and that’s it. No fresh fruit or salad or eggs. But in saying that for the price you pay I wasnt expecting much. If your on a budget and don’t care about breakfast it’s still a good option.

the window shutters made the room very dark so we basically needed to have our lights on all the time, they can be opened though but it’s not very convenient to do. no room cleaning was done sitting the stay which is fine for short stays. the breakfast selection was quite poor, in the beginning there some juices to take with you but with each day the selection was poorer and poorer. the green metro line has very long wait between the trains - 20 minutes, it’s fine, but it was a surprise for us

Beincasa was very clean, the hosts Eva and Domenico were very attentive and friendly - providing advice on directions and local attractions. A good breakfast selection and the kitchen was great as you can make a hot drink during the day too. Its great having a fridge and air con in the room! Its close to the metro station and doesn't take long to get to the main attractions in Rome. One stop along - Pigneto there are lots of bars and restaurants and has a nice trendy feel to the place. I would really recommend staying here as its great value for money and a very comfortable home away from home. I would definitely return if visiting Rome again!

We loved the matrasse and the pillows, super comfy. The bathroom is small, but well-eqipped, liked it a lot. The AC is great. The room is cosy. Our stay was great, thanks to the quiet neighborhood. Also, great to have a Nespresso coffee machine to start the day. The location is nice, the metro station is super close. The hosts are nice and helpful. The room is small, but you don't need more, it's quiet, comfy and well-eqipped.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything :( We didn't like the breakfast, it is quite basic, just some super sugary pastries, but we didn't expect much, because we checked the reviews ;) The coffee is nice though. The sheets were very thin, which was all right in September, but was hoping not to have a colder night, because there was no extra, warmer ones.

Good, clean room, plenty of space for our needs, beds were comfortable. 3 minutes away from the nearest subway. 3 minutes away from the nearest supermarket and other stores. Eva was very pleasant and helpful host. Smart TV. Far from the traffic.

Rooms could be more isolated from the noise. The noise from the toilet flush (even from the room next door) was very loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. There were mosquitos entering our room so maybe some mosquito net on windows could resolve that annoyance. Breakfast could be more diverse.

Everything! Great location, super close to Malatesta metro station. Very friendly hosts, thank you for everything 🙏 The room was big and very clean, wifi was fast. There are Netflix, hairdryer, safety box and even a small fridge in the room. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Close to subway- 5min walk. The host was really nice and helpful - communicative, we arrived earlier and there was no problem with leaving baggage at property. Also, Eva recommended some places where to eat at neighbourhood.

Not sure what was going on with warm water - after a minute of shower, there was already a cold water and you need to take like two minutes “rest” for another warm water to come.
