Breakfasts have great variety and quality. They save so much time and hassle, as well as expense. Onsite parking was important. I think the furniture was functional and fully adequate, although my wife believes all hotels are reducing the quality of furniture to an IKEA standard. Fairfield inns are so reliable that I always look for one wherever I travel. I realize the rooms are smaller than in some of the other Marriott brands, but they meet my needs perfectly and consistently, and typically at a competitive cost for quality.

My wife suggests that all hotels seem to be reducing the quality of furniture to an IKEA standard. I don’t care as much about that, although I understand that observation. Space, comfort, maintenance, and cost are all legitimate considerations, and I’m satisfied.

Place was clean and fairly quiet. Also, was in a good location.

When we arrived the woman at the counter was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us at all. When she was off the phone, I gave her my name and she said there wasn't a reservation for me. I explained we booked thru booking.com and gave her my printed out copy of our reservation. She told us we were probably at the wrong hotel. I again explained that we were not. She went in the back and another woman came out who was much friendlier and she found our reservation. The other woman basically didn't seem to care and never apologized or acknowledged that she made a mistake.

Great staff, everyone was very nice. The location was great and easy to find for a tourist. Had to use the laundry and it was very clean.

Messy coffee bar and not well stocked. Stopped twice for coffee and cups were gone. When I asked for a cup they handed me one without refilling the cups. The next person that came didn't have a cup. Also no cream, or regular sugar. Multiple days The refrigerator in the room constantly turns off. Coming home to warm water and drinks was disappointing. You could not keep food. There is a button in side that you constantly have to push to turn on.

The hotel was very clean and a great value for the money. Our room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast had a wide variety of food. Employees were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience.

Always clean, large screen TV, comfortable mattress, love the pillows, love the big shower.

No exhaust fan in the bath is terrible. Steam builds up horribly. You can't go in the bathroom after someone takes a shower for at least an hours without getting soaking wet from the humidity. I have complained about this before online and to management.

The room was quite nice, the AC worked really well, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The dge of the shower had black mold and there were long black hairs in the shower that definitely were not ours. The breakfacst was good but much of it was already gone when we arrived at 830, however the attendents restaocked so that was nice.

Everything was good, but the breakfast needed to be a bit better they saved stuff and reused. The old b4 covid was excellent

Some rooms smelled really bad like old bo from a sweat room they changed rooms but they need just a bit deeper clean, the staff is exceptionally good. They always help. I did clean the whole laundry room. Last time you want it clean to do your laundry, it was bad. But I'm glad they have the option to do laundry

A great hotel with nice accommodations. Location was great and near the freeway as we were traveling through Denver. Staff were very friendly.

The light in the bathroom went out and it was dark. My wife had an injury to her foot and was in a boot, which made it difficult for her to manage. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a way that this could have been avoided through a maintenance schedule.

The staff was very friendly! Our room was clean. The hotel was spacious, yet comfortable. Great place to stay if you are heading to a concert at Red Rocks!

Disappointed with breakfast. The main courses were hard to come by and the staff was not very accommodating. Better get there on time, or you will literally be locked out before you finish filling your plate!

Everything was fine. The room was clean and the shower had hot water. We didn't realize breakfast was included with our room, so that was a nice surprise. I love that breakfast starts at 6:30 and there are lots of options. Also the hotel is conveniently located by the highway, so we were able to get home without having to drive through the cluster truck that is Denver.
