Fast and easy check in without drama and staff was able to accommodate a request for a ground floor room. The room was perfectly acceptable and clean and the bathroom and shower were clean. Nice and quiet at night. Fast and easy; will use this motel again. Continental breakfast was limited but all you’re really looking for is a hot cup of coffee and a danish or bagel anyway so nothing to complain about and nothing to brag about.

If the directions were more robust that would have been great. The entrance to the parking lot is not obvious until you’re right on top of it and at night easily missed if you don’t know what you’re looking for. If you miss the entrance there’s no easy recovery and it’s five or 10 minutes of circling back until you can hit the entrance again.

The units are very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The owners and staff are nice and helpful. It was nice to have a coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast is very simple with only coffee, cereal, bananas and a few assorted pastries but it's a little something to hold you over until your next stop.

There are blackout curtains only. If you have your curtains open for natural light other guests walking by can see directly into your room. The bedside light bulbs are Very bright. This makes mornings a bit challenging. I think this could be better balanced by using a lower watt and softer lighbulb for bedside lights and/or adding a sheer curtain under the black out curtains so natural light could be accessed with some level of privacy. I'm sure changing the bulbs is a much less expensive option for the owners. The location is just off the highway and you will hear a moderate level of road noise. We knew and expected this so it's not a negative, just be aware if this is something that will bother you.

This place in an exceptional find. On first sight, the room was immaculate, as was the bathroom. No dust or grime anywhere. The room itself was spacious with two comfortable chairs and small table between them. Two nightstands with lamps, a mini fridge, and microwave. The TV was a wall mount and very large. The bed (king size) was so comfortable and had very night linens and blankets. I'm a stickler for pillows and these fit the bill! There was an ironing board, iron, har dryer, and plenty of storage for travelers staying for a longer time. The bathroom was stocked with the normal...towels, soaps, shampoo packs. Water pressure was good and the shower head flow was adjustable. Again, spotless. The front desk woman at check in was friendly and fast. The gentleman in the morning was friendly as well. We felt welcome. The parking lot was well lit, as were the walk ways. It looked like most rooms were full, but it was quite. You can hear traffic from the highway but it was not really a big deal once in the room. Saturday and Sunday offers a small variety for breakfast...bananas, cereal choices, pastries, toast, coffee and juice. Small but nice to have a little something before heading out. Coffee was hot and fresh and the cream, milk sugar all stocked well. Close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, banks. Seems to be a lot to do in the area. We were in the area for a show. Would definitely stay again.

Not really a dislike, but perhaps a self serve waffle maker that many motels have now. It would add to the already fantastic establishment.

Very clean and pleasant place. Very convenient to the event we came to town for. Staff was welcoming and responsive. The room was large, and the bed was super-comfortable.

A bit of road noise from I-95, but once inside the room it's hardly noticeable. I'm sure the inn was there before the highway was built!

THE ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR WITH KING SIZE BED WAS VERY COMFY. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE AC STRONG. THE ROOM WAS VERY QUIET WHEN EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED UP.

THE COFFEE MAKER DIDN'T KEEP THE COFFEE HOT. AND THE MINI FRIDGE FREEZER WAS LEAKING DOWN INTO THE REFRIGERATOR. WE TOLD THE MANAGER AND HE SAID HE WOULD REPLACE IT. ALSO THE PARKING LOT WAS CRAMPED WITH THE LARGE SUV'S AND PICK UP TRUCKS THAT STUCK OUT OF THEIR SPACES. HARD TO TURN THE CAR AROUND.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had a nice strong spray and the water was hot. Once we shut the door it was quiet in our room. Even though there was a thunder and lightening storm one night we never heard anything. The Liberty Inn is a great place.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional for the price. This was a clean, comfortable, wonderful hotel. We stayed one night on our way to Cape Cod. Excellent way to manage some of the summer Connecticut 95 traffic …the hotel seems to have been upgraded. It is spotless and extremely well maintained

Comfortable room, bed was comfy, shower was hot with a strong spray.

Tv didn't work right, couldn't hear it even with the volume all the way up. Not a deal breaker for me though because I was really only there to sleep.

Location is weird but no fault to the owners. It was easy to get to, bed where comfortable We did eat a place called Monkey Farm (cash only) that was really good. Keep in mind the breakfast is a small BF of cereal and pastries and fruit.

Location , we visited Mystic CT and Gillette Castle and it was a good choice between both places. Quiet and clean. They provide simple breakfast on Saturday and Sunday ( according to the sign ) . Check-in was fast and check out was simply dropping a key in a lockbox, so it couldn’t be easier .
