Typical breakfast. Eggs, Waffle station, cereal, yogurt, fruit. The room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator, microwave. Do ask for a dehumidifier if the humidity is high unless you like your room a little warmer. Once we set the thermostat a bit warmer the dampness leveled out. It was exceptionally hot out during our stay so all to be expected. Not a complaint... just a suggestion as they did offer a dehumidifier and I said we were okay, in hindsight I should have said yes. It would have made all the difference the first night. All in all a lovely hotel and exceptionally nice staff!

The pet fee/day. I understand a fee but per day? They didn't clean the room while we were there, which I have experienced before when traveling with a pet, so the fee should be per stay if it truly pertains to the pet in the room.

we booked a last minute night away. Room rate was average for the area. There is some road construction just before the hotel which made access confusing at first. Realize this is not at all the hotels fault. Once we managed that, it was a non issue. Hotel was very new (6 months) which added to how clean it was. Parking was ample and we'll lit. The receptionist was GREAT!! Answered all my questions regarding where to eat locally and some directions to where we wanted to go. She upgraded us to a Jacuzzi suite, which made my wife's night as she was looking to relax after a long ride. Breakfast was included with plenty of options (eggs, toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal etc). Highly reccomended and cannot say enough about the hotel receptionist (wish I knew her name!! She opened the hotel.) She is an employee that ANY business would love to have, especially these days where the quality of service is hard to come by..

It was a awesome stay here, to start with when i entered it was a beautiful ambience at the from desk staff was polite n humble, i requested for lower level but the property is having elevator so no issues with that though she gave me on first floor only, clean and hygienic rooms, bathroom was absolutely clean, late check inn but staff was there to checked me inn by midnight too, in the morning breakfast which was complementary was also perfect overall i preferred to stay here again. loved the stay.

just bcoz of property is big so parking is also little far if u don't get parking near reception.

It’s really clean, gives you the at home feeling almost. Nice parking lot. Nice shower. Very comfortable beds. Very comfortable sheets and yes they are really clean which is wonderful.

Asked for extra towels at the check in and I was told there are towels in the room. I just needed an extra towel. Breakfast is really limited. Scrambled eggs felt fake. Pastries were ok. Bagels were good.

Staff was great, breakfast was good, lobby was nice, room was amazing. I'm a student and was catching up on schoolwork. This place was great for that (love my family but they are distracting). Also got to spend time with partner who lives in area. 10/10 all around.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was an alarm going off on the elevator for the bulk of the second night of the visit. Not a deal breaker, but annoying.

Breakfast was ample and delicious - variety of foods each morning ! A 3 hr window time frame for breakfast is good too! The staff was friendly, pleasant, helpful and accomodating! The hotel was extremely clean and our room was neat, clean and orderly. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone!!

EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL - there wasn't anything we didn't like!!

Everything was great, from the room, breakfast, cleanliness of hotel. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the size of the room.

I didn't like the fact that there was no option at all for an early check-in it was a very long drive and I had to sit in my car for 2 hrs with the car running because it was extremely hot outside.

We came for a few days stay while working on a family project. We ended up extending our stay several days. We could have moved closer to our project site, but the accommodations where so good and the staff so friendly and attentive we decided to stay.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

We had really pleasant stay at this location. This hotel is newly renovated and everything was great about the stay. Location is right off 95 and 15 mins away from casinos. Receptions were great and were very pleasant and helpful. Room and House keeping were awesome. They had great selection on hot and cold complimentary breakfast. I would definitely go back whenever I get a chance and definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel and all its amenities.

The one thing I didn't like was that when I checked out, I asked for a receipt and was informed it would be mailed to me. However, I haven't received it yet. I don't understand why I couldn't get a checkout receipt like I typically do in other hotels I've stayed at.
