The staff was absolutely phenomenal and made our stay truly incredible. I had briefly mentioned in the booking that we were traveling for a birthday, and the staff truly took it above and beyond. Priyanka, Marianne, and everyone else were so considerate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the area and provided wonderful recommendations. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, parking was great, the check in and out processes were a breeze. Location is central to town and allowed us to walk to restaurants, shopping areas, and was right across from the boardwalk/shore! Book your stay here- you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to come back!

This facility deserves a 10,000 star review. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean with very comfortable beds. I can't say enough good things about the innkeeper Marianne. When I contacted her on the day of arrival and let her know that due to unforeseen circumstances, I may not be able to make the 9 PM check in, she graciously made arrangements for me as well as gave me her personal cell number if I had any problems getting in. When we entered the room, heat and lights were on for us, a cute gift bag with water and snacks were there as well as a heartfelt note. There are not many facilities that give this kind of service. The inn is close to everything you may need, 4 minute walk to Hole in the Wall Beach and Niantic Boardwalk. 5 minute drive to closest convenience store as I had to make a quick run for an emergency item. This was a winter stay, I can only imagine how amazing this town is in the summer. Please stay here, you will not regret it!

I can't think of one thing that I didn't like.

first, I would like to say, the lady in the front office was absolutely amazing! Her hospitality was top notch. She even gave a gift bag upon arrival. She also called to see when we were arriving, so that way the room would be ready immediately! The room was great! And the location couldn’t be any better, you can literally across the street and go to the beach.

I love this place, but if I had to choose anything, I would just say not having an elevator is the only downfall. But it’s not bad it’s only three floors.

My stay was affordable and quiet. Room was large, immaculate, and outfitted with brand new furnishings. It had a terrific mattress, a Roku TV setup, and lots of personal touches for a homey environment. There’s plenty of parking. Niantic is a great jumping off point for surrounding areas. Ask the office about beach access and passes, which was my focus. They can provide you with walk-in passes (no parking) for the beach and boardwalk, which are across the street. Passes may be complimentary or come w a daily fee, depending on how you book your room. It makes for an easy stay, and you won’t find that kind of welcome in Greenwich. The town does check for passes.

It would have been great would to have had a small occasional/end table in the room for use with the easy chair and lounger. it was dicey resting a beverage on a dining chair. This would make the efficiency much more livable.

All staff on site were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and there was a full size refrigerator in our room. It was freezing outside and the room was comfy and warm. The location is amazing. There were many food options available within walking distance.

If you are noise sensitive this is not the place for you. Sound travels and the walls are very thin. Some rooms have adjoining doors which exacerbates the problem. We requested a top floor room, so that helped. The staff was able to accommodate that request on short notice and it was greatly appreciated.

The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. There were extra blankets in the closet and plenty of towels. The mini fridge and microwave was great to have in the room. This was a great stay near local shops, restaurants, and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything we did not like while staying here.

I was not aware if breakfast was available. I had a coffee pot in my room. A bonus was that they offer guests a FREE BEACH PASS & Parking. ( $35.00 value)

I was uncomfortable that the MAIN DOOR to the building was not locked/secured. (accessible for public entrance) I was pleased with the facility otherwise.

Had a reservation for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t request anything special, but when we checked into the room there were towels folded to be swans kissing on a heart shaped towel, and a tray with coffee mugs and a rose in a vase. Genuinely so surprised and was so happy they had set that up. Made our day!

The mattress was a little too firm for our liking but everyone is different!

Check in was efficient and easy, and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room may not have been the most stylish, but it was clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect, just across the street from a lovely beach, and Niantic itself is beautiful.

The location was perfect. I stayed to visit family. But it's a wonderful tourist destination. Pretty close to Mystic, probably close to casinos, I never go to them so I don't really know. The immediate area is a little street full of shops and great restaurants, New England style.

There is no elevator! So if you don't want to pull your suitcases upstairs, ask for a ground floor room. I was on the third floor and I was okay, but I'm 64. If I had known this I would have requested a first floor room. Later when I'm older that's what I'll do.
