I was so surprised with the size of cottage 15! it was so spacious and absolutely immaculate. The deck had a table with an umbrella and I loved eating breakfast out there. The beds were very comfy and I slept great! These little cottages are centrally located and we were able to see a lot in the area. beautful renovations that included stainless steel appliances and nice furnishings. Just loved it.

There was nothing that I didn't like. But make sure you know about the free beach pass, we were kinda clueless and had to ask. It's the keychain... lol. Awesome free day at a private beach because we were staying with Marina Bay.

Our stay at Marina Cottages exceeded our expectations. The cottages were very comfortable and really charming. A lot of thought has been put into the decor and care has been taken to make sure the cottages are well maintained with many of them newly renovated. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely accommodating, friendly, and had anticipated every need. There was even an online guidebook sent to us that they curated with recommendations activities, restaurants, etc. in the area. The location was quite nice - just over the bridge from Niantic which has some nice restaurants, the Book Barn, a boardwalk and a couple of nice beaches and parks. We were 20 minutes from Mystic in one direction and 20 minutes from Essex in the other. Try Sift and Constantine's right in town.

The property was beautiful and walkable to Niantic and to the boardwalk (about a two mile walk). The manager Felipe was amazing and supplied us with whatever was needed within minutes. Our space was large and clean with a great kitchen.

We didn’t realize that there were certain cottages that were duplexes so we shared a bedroom wall with another group of guests. The wall is not sound-proofed so we had to keep on the fan of the air conditioner to keep out the sound. We would absolutely stay here again, but in a separate cottage.

Super clean and comfortable. Great location. Communications with facility management was terrific. Decorated beautifully and wonderful view. Close to downtown Niantic, boat slip, beach (you get a beach pass!), restaurants, liquor stores and grocery. Coffee and kitchenware supplied. Can't comment on "clubhouse" since we never utilized it. Beds were super comfy. They do not allow pets but we're completely accepting of my medical alert and response dog. Already booked our next trip.

Would have loved a microwave. Stairs going up to cottage were a little steep however there was a back entrance that was more manageable. Can tell they are working on other buildings which will hopefully be just as comfortable as the one we stayed in. Could use a shelf in the bathroom.

The cottage was immaculate and nicely decorated. The bed and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots. The cottage was far enough from the road that it was quiet and the location was central to the places we were visiting. I highly recommend Marina Bay Cottages for anyone visiting the Waterford/Niantic area.

There was nothing to dislike. We were pleased with everything.

Great location, amazing service. Close to Mystic, the beach, and downtown Niantic. The staff were quick to respond to all requests.

Kitchen was a little sparse, but workable for simple meals. We ended up buying dish towels, salt and pepper, and trash bags. The cottage didn’t have a microwave, but there was one in the clubhouse we could use.

The unit we rented was really nice. The size was really good and updated. The game room was very nice.

The game room was really hot and need an air conditioner. The unit we had had an air conditioner in both bedrooms however it needed one in the main area to keep the whole unit cool. There was a fan however one more air conditioner would have been perfect.

What a delightful and lovely cottage! We found cottage 15 to be spacious, well equipped, very clean and beautifully designed. Marina Bay Cottages are located in a fantastic location. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the Block Island ferry. The clubhouse was enjoyed by our family of four. Great for a short or long term stay. We found Felipe, the manager, to be very attentive and helpful. These cottages are a must stay!

Cabin was very clean, nicely updated, good location, beach pass included for a local beach that was very nice and not crowded.

Only one window AC unit for the whole cabin located in the bedroom was not enough to keep the temperature on a comfortable level, the rest of the apartment was hot, especially kitchen while cooking. The AC unit was also loud so it was hard to sleep at night.

1. TV cable channels occasionally changed by neighbors nearby (likely unknowingly) due to proximity. Needs to be isolated. 2. I wished the rooms had a kettle for hot water, and I could not find ice. 3. High touristy prices for everything in the area, including the room rates
