The hotel rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was safe and convenient.

The hotel receptionist that checked us in was EXTREMELY rude and abrasive. I would be happy to explain the situation over the phone if you want to know more. 518-429-3281. She should not represent your establishment if you want to get repeat customers.

Everything was great, the location is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Mystic. The room was larger than expected, everything was clean. The hotel itself was set up nice with a lot of places both inside and outside to relax.

There were no employees at the front desk 90% of the time, which is understandable due to the current climate of staffing issues all over.

Loved the location. The room was accommodating to us as two guests. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave as well. Shower was spacious.

The fact that the door leading from outside, down my hallway could not lock. Anyone outside of the hotel could gain access. The lighting could have been better in the parking area.

The Receptionist, Priscilla, was extremely friendly and helpful. Mystic River Hotel was Soo enjoyable: quiet as a mouse, peaceful, hospitable, and comfortable.

I wish the pool had been open. That's all

King size bed was was firm and supportive, got an excellent night's sleep. Staff were very friendly.

All areas of the hotel had a strong musty smell and there were some guest that were talking very very loud out in the hallway in the early morning that woke my husband and I up.

I had arrived a little early and the manager at the front desk helped me out by allowing us to check in early !! We frequent this hotel a lot ! We also stayed when it was quality the renovations in the lobby are nice !! They should turn the restaurant into a banquet facility !!

Feel No breakfast that I was aware of ! The parking lot could use a repave and when it was quality inn you had to slide/tap room key to get in you couldn't just walk in !!! That's just a safety thing i

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! We didn't drive more than 10 minutes to go anywhere! The staff was also incredibly kind.

The room was cleaned but we had a half eaten candy bar In a drawer and used contacts on the bathroom floor. Neither of us wear contacts. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Everything else was perfect.

I only stayed one night, but there were no problems at all.

The location. The front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. At first my room was to be on the second floor. I asked it I could possibly have a main floor room. They checked it out and made the switch.

The pool was very dirty and had algae everywhere. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned everyday. My only complaint.
