Very professional and friendly staff. They were very understanding and willing to help when we needed assistance. The breakfast was tasty and varied enough. The restaurant menu was also very good. The room was clean and well maintained. There was a small play area for children at the reception which we appreciated. The position of the hotel is very good if you travel by car; Gardaland is only a few minutes away. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy.

There was a humming AC unit (?) outside of the hotel, close to our room, which was quite noisy. There was no towel hanger close to the shower.

Very good value for money. Hotel is located perfectly to reach a lot of destinations quickly. Near the hotel you have everything you need( supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc.). Altough the interior of the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean and the basic essentials are provided. Breakfast and coffee are quite good and the staff is very friendly. We had a nice and comfortable stay and would book there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Its prime location is perfect for anyone planning to visit Gardaland or the surrounding cities, and it's incredibly easy to reach. Our double room was ideal for two people – spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering excellent dining recommendations and always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was impressive, offering various options with nothing missing. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when we're in the area.

The stuff is very friendly, parking, the bed is really comfy, big sortiment of sweets at the breakfast.

At first we got the room 104, when we used the AC, there was a loud noise of running water. We reported the probled, got a bigger room, but there it was another loud noise, the main AC unit of the hotel, permanently during the whole night.

Located on main road, easy accessible, place to park motorcycle. Good bathroom. Acceptable breakfast.

Proximity to nothing, one pizzeria within 500m. Must go to Peschiera del Garda which is 25€ by taxi. WiFi must be better (faster).

Great location only 8 minute drive away from Gardaland and lake Garda. Very friendly staff at the reception and in a bar. We gor free snacks with our drinks in a bar in the evening. 24h reception. A wide range of food for breakfast, delicious. a mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water free of charge.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, but you turn it off and there are no more problems - not really worth mentioning as a downside.

The kids play corner in the lobby was an excellent idea. Kids can play board games and draw and their time passes with happiness and productivity. The automatic sales machine has many snacks and drinks with excellent prices. The breakfast buffet has a lot of things to select and taste. The room and the bathroom were so carefully cleaned that we didn't have to do anything.

Frienly staff, clean hotel, great value, good breakfast, plenty of free parking, good location to explore the lake from, supermarket right next to the hotel, great pizzeria just a couple of minutes walk away.

I can't think of one thing that bothered me.

All the staff was incredibly friendly, bed was comfy, pillows bouncy and my teen daughter told me the soap was the best she’s ever smelt! The complementary chilled water in the fridge was much appreciated after a long day out in the sun . The night shift guy was lovely and super helpful especially after arriving exhausted with two teens after a while looong day at Gardaland !

I was traveling with my family, and we have a baby of 3 months and 4 years, and the clean subject was really important for me. The room was spotless, so really glad with the experience
