The best thing about Aquavista in that it is nestled right in the heart of Aqaba, you can access everything you need within easy walking distance. The staff are so friendly and do thier best to make your stay at the hotel comfortable. Every team member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping and also the restaurant staff—was attentive and eager to assist. The hotel is also a haven for non-smokers. Its commitment to maintaining a fresh, smoke-free environment was evident from the moment I stepped inside. The air throughout the hotel carries a light, pleasant refreshing fragrance which added to the overall sense of cleanliness and calm. I highly recommend Aquavista for its central location, comfortable amenities, serene atmosphere, and, most importantly, the exceptional people who make you feel right at home, special thanks to Mr. Fathi, Wael, Bashar and Mina. Looking forward for my next visit to Aqaba.

We stayed 2 nights 11-13 april 2025. They have varied and delicious breakfast and is close to the public beach for local people.

We checked the sheets and they had hair and stains, they didn’t change them between clients so I asked them to change the sheets. On 12 april we went out the whole day on the beach, my girlfriend took off her neckless and put it in her purse on the table. When we came back, the room was cleaned and on our way to Amman she realised her neckless was missing. It was stolen from her purse. During our trip in Jordan, in one week we were robbed and scamed 4 times.

I wish I could give more than 10. The staff is unbelievable, especially Mona (the girl in the reception) and Mina (the host in the breakfast time) they are amazing people and they made us feel at home, they took care of all and every single need that we had, from providing a contact for an agent to help cross the border between Israel and Jordan until getting something special at breakfast. This place is incredible! It is close to the beach and the main places to eat and buy souvenirs. They also offer tours and beach clubs and the one I recommend is Saraya. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and has many options so everyone will have something to eat and the chef even cooks fresh omelette in the moment and by the way it is super tasty! I will definitely come back.

They forgot to put toilet paper one day and the towels for the floor but fixed it immediately after we notified. This is nothing compared to the outstanding service that we got.

We got a free upgrade to a family room; it would be great for a family of four. There is a separate "parents" room with king bed, a door, table/dresser, and shelving. In the main room are 2 twin beds plus a small couch, a desk/dresser, and a stand for the suitcase, frig, electric kettle, open closet for hanging coat, etc. Plus plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast staff was very attentive; the chef offered to cook eggs to order for this American. But the man on the night shift at the front desk gets a gold star! My husband had a bad reaction to something he had eaten, and at 6 am I was at the front desk inquiring about a pharmacy location. He was able to direct me to a 24-hour one a couple of blocks away (near the Double Tree hotel). I was back with the necessary medicine (at an extremely low price) in no time. Thank you!

We arrived around 7 pm, and there were no towels in the room. Fortunately, we were going out to dinner, and we let the front desk know as we left. The towels were in the room when we returned from dinner.

Firstly, the location is amazing, right at the downtown and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are extremely spacious with a huge balcony. The best part about the stay here was the staff and then the chef. The chef served us with a huge breakfast which was delicious. He didn't compromise on anything infact because of ramadan as food was not available outside as shops were closed in the afternoon he packed toast, juices and fruits separately for us so that we don't stay hungry for lunch when we were about to leave Aqaba. What an exceptional service. Highly recommened this place. Loved our stay here.

Everything was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Spotlessly clean very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. Mona at the front desk greeted us with a smile and gave us a beautiful upgraded room. Shalin who cleaned our room with perfection always had a smile. All the staff gave us the best treatment and made our stay perfect. We are already planning a return in the future

We arrived before check in time, but our room was ready, so we had immediate access. The room was spacious, included a frig and electric kettle with tea bags provided, and 2 small bottles of water. The location was great for us! It was short and affordable taxi ride from the airport to the hotel; it was a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was glorious, and there were a variety of restaurants in the hotel area.

This is a lovely, welcoming hotel close to facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants, and an easy walk to the public beach. Thank you to Muna and the reception staff, who couldn't have made our stay more comfortable ❤️. We arrived hot and tired in the month of Ramadhan, and were given a room upgrade; what a bonus! We were fasting, and sahur (breakfast) was provided to our room, early in the morning; service with a smile! Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

No complaints at all. There are one or two pubs in the area, and I can imagine the area might get quite noisy during peak season. However, the hotel itself is lovely and quiet, and I'd have no qualms staying here again.

- the location was great: 5min walking from jett bus station, 10min walking from the public beach, right next to the restaurants and shops - the staff was really nice, you can feel that they are honestly trying to help and make you feel good - it’s not this fake “nice” if you know what I mean - the breakfast was yummy and had many options (started at 7 which was great as our bus was leaving at 8 so we had time to eat before checking out) - we got upgraded to a room with balcony which was very generous

- it is not the newest hotel ever but all is kept very well preserved and clean, so you really can’t complain

It might have been my misunderstanding but the private beach advertised is actually not free and does not belong to the hotel. I find it a bit misleading in the description. It costs 13 JOD per person and being a hotel guest gives you no advantages.
