It was clean enough. Only stayed overnight to continue on our trip. In late, out early. Good variety at breakfast. Hot and cold options. Host recommended a Mexican restaurant that was still open, reasonably priced, and quite tasty.

Limited pet rooms. Location. Not really any options for a late dinner (8p.m.). Granted it was a Sunday.

This was the cleanest property I have stayed at with over 200 stays at various hotel chains in the US. The staff were all polite and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff we spoke with friendly and very attentive.

S-Mode computers will not connect to the internet due to the unapproved app required to establish a connection. Pricing was higher than I expected for the area.

housekeeping staff was a joke overall, we had to find them on a daily basis ask to have our room made up, for towels, etc. we were told by a night shift desk person that they don't clean on a daily basis, which was unacceptable. We spoke with Shannon the next day and she got things done that day, but the next day was the same thing. I have been staying her for over 20 years and never encountered anything like this and staffing was not a problem they had plenty of it.

Friendly staff and especially the wonderful employee that was working the breakfast. She was very attentive and with the best attitude i have ever seen. My husband and I do alot of road trips and have stayed in many hotels and i have to tell you this is the first time i actually went to the front desk and let them know this employee was absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was good.

The door on the bathroom needs some attention, noisy when opening and closing. It would creek and pop , So if you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke up everyone in the room.

The staff was great very helpful on questions we had about things room was clean and I asked to be on the first floor and they had a room right in front were we just parked right by are room Thank you the breakfast was great I will stay there again.

I have stayed here now several times, and every time I have had a nice experience. The staff Is always friendly and accommodating. The place is always clean and their continental breakfast is very good.

The breakfast was great!! They had everything you could think of to eat. The staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms was very large and clean. Will stay there again.

When the air conditioner was on it smelled musty and a strange smell in bathroom, possibly the shower curtain.

Staff, cleanliness, quiet environment . I was there for a funeral and was quite comfortable during my stay. Even the community was pleasant .Thank you so much Fayetteville ❤️
