I’m not really sure I can put in writing how amazing this experience was. My husband and I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday morning. Friday we had to cut our water off due to a busted pipe. After working all week, tired, frustrated , and preparing to fix the water leak Saturday we decided to get a room ,have a hot shower ,and rest. I arrived at the hotel and the man was so friendly and informative; which was refreshing considering I literally hung up on the man that answered at the Hampton Inn in Pulaski TN he was so rude. I got to the room it was clean and cozy. I sat on the end of the bed and watched the sunset and wow was it breath taking ! Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was friendly and that is what I call a great hotel !

Came to visit family. Location is great and easily accessible. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. We’ve stayed here multiple times, always good.

Everything was clean except for the wall behind the trash can in the bathroom. It was pretty gross and with it being in the bathroom we could only imagine what it was. When checking in the receptionist just seen disheveled. Took a moment to find our reservation and first told me I did not have one and tried to send us away. Gave confirmation number and copy of reservation and finally he was able to find it. He smelt of alcohol or wine. So I do not know if that might have been a factor

the breakfast was great and had lots of variety. you could get ceral, oats, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, smoked polish sausage one morning and bacon the other day. muffins, bagels, or pancakes. they had water, orange juice and apple juice to drink. very nice clean place to eat and enjoy breakfast.

the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't have an EV car charger on site. On there web page it said that there was one.

We loved the large comfortable bed, the shower was step in with doors and a handle for assistance.plenty of lighting.

We were unable to use the pool due to repairs. The room was missing a pen or note pad but nothing major.

the accommodations were very nice

the breakfast options were very limited. we booked on booking .com and we were quoted one price including taxes and fees. when we checked out it was $14 more. the manager was supposed to call but didn’t. I spoke to a kind man at booking . com and he said we had to send a picture of our bank statement with the charge to get reimbursement and before I could do this it was credited??? this has happened twice. I may just try to book with hotel next time.

The staff was polite and courteous answered questions . The team resolved a billing issue quite quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast service was lacking because The attendant didn't put out enough to satiate the crowd in attendance On easy things like bread for toasting bagels or milk The room had not had a proper visual inspection for cleanliness in quite some time. There was a large buildup of debris under the bed and behind the night stand. There was significant stains on the shams Surrounding the bed

For starters the people at the check in (all) are very friendly. Cleanliness is awesome. We only stay at Hampton inns when on vacations , this one is the best. Most of all we love Dorothea (kitchen/breakfast person). She's the best kitchen person that we've met from any of the Hamptons that we've stayed.

Hmm. Well the lady that was in training for to work on the days that Dorothea is off isn't on the ball. Sure she's sweet. But she needs more communication as well as step up the pace a bit to keep food stocked in kitchen area. Dorothea has us spoiled she is amazing.

Your staff was so kind, helpful, and made it a really pleasant visit. We love your breakfast set up. the convenience of the restaurant next door. And loved the closeness to the Jack Daniels Distillery. Parking was great, there were plenty of the luggage carts, and again the STAFF was amazing.

ZERO issue. You have a nice place.

Room to nice and clean and comfortable.

Had a slight mix up when checking in. We had booked a double queen room they placed us in a King room. But the front desk was very quick to resolve the issue. Other issue was the front desk clerk. Was on a personal phone call while helping me both time initial check in and correcting the room.

Breakfast was great, rhe sweet little lady that prepare breakfast every year when we visit Fayetteville tenn, Aaron is the best staff
