From the moment we arrived at this charming family-run hotel, we knew we had found something special. Waking up to breathtaking views of the sea from our room and stepping straight onto Omega Beach was an experience we won’t forget. The location is simply unbeatable—you go to sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to the sun glistening on the water. The accommodation is simple but more than adequate— clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. It reminded us of the kind of holidays we had as children, where the beach was the main attraction, and days were spent swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying sodas in the sun. No need for a swimming pool when you have the perfect beach right in front of you! What truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the family who runs it. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home from day one, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and wholesome—no frills, just good, simple food to start the day right. For the incredible location, the welcoming atmosphere, and the unbeatable value (with breakfast included!), we couldn’t have asked for more. We came here looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we found so much more—we will definitely be back.

The location looks like paradise - you won’t easily find anything like that anywhere! The view from the balcony is worth everything! The sound of the sea while sleeping - priceless. The beach with direct access from the hotel was the best we have seen in Cyprus: sandy, with easy access to the sea, perfect for the child! The food at the restaurant was amazing! Fresh, home made, really tasty! The family hosting the hotel was really hospitable, friendly and extremaly helpful. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. The room was comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds! The room was cleaned every day, which in my opinion was not necessary, but a nice extra :) thank you for that!

A real gem in one of the most picturesque villages of Cyprus. The famous Omega beach with its crystal clear waters is 30 steps down from the hotel itself. You can spend hours on the balcony watching the blue Mediterranean Sea or the amazing sunsets. This family owned hotel worths every penny to enjoy a relaxing vacation or a weekend getaway to Cyprus’s best kept secrets that resembles the Cannes in southern France.

This was our second visit to EJ Pyrgos Hotel. It is a small family run hotel with clean comfortable rooms and breathtaking views. After a day enjoying Omega beach, and exploring the town of Pyrgos, we fell asleep listening to the waves crashing.The following morning we enjoyed a delicious traditional Cypriot breakfast with haloumi, anari, Cypriot bacon, and hard boiled eggs. Thank you Christodoulos and family for a wonderful weekend, we will see you next year!

Excellent location on the beach, sleeping with the sound of the sea, if you want. Perfect sea view, especially for great sunsets. Great, organised beach. Renovated hotel, with cute, modern furniture. I really liked the shelves in the room for bags, clothes, shoes, very clever idea. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice shower gel.

Breakfast was very basic, it could be better. For sure, a coffee machine. Sometimes they offered to prepare you a good coffee, but not always. More emphasis should be given to keep everything clean, especially towels and restaurant tables.

Great location by the sea. The location is very quiet in may, there is not many tourists and you can really enjoy in peace. The beach next to the hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kato Pyrgos is quite far away from every tourist attraction, so if you want to explore Cyprus you have to drive at least 1,5 hour with the car to every direction.

My recent stay at the edge-of-the-world island retreat was nothing short of breathtaking. At first my husband was not satisfied because the hotel interior was fixer up and homely. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, in the end we stayed for 4 :-) The hotel is right next to a sandy beach where there are no stones. At the end of the season there were not many people, we mostly had a private beach.

Everithing was fine. If you need to complain, then I would have liked more fresh things on the restaurant's menu. For example, grill vegetables- not made from frozen vegetables.

Absolutely stunning place! We arrived off-season and where one of 3 traveler couples there. We had the best apartment with a large terrace and i gotta say- the view was stunning! The apartment itself was really clean and comfy, everything you need was there. Bed was comfortable and clean. As we arrived off-season, everything in the town was closed but hotel restaurant worked. We ordered some greek salad and chicken kebab and it was absolutely stunning. Although it is winter season, water in the sea was really warm. Breakfast was freshly made just for us as there were not much customers and was really delicious. Hotel manager was really kind as well. Definitely visit this place, when you go to Cyprus!!!

It was a last second order, as the bord patrol did not let us through ( could not buy insurance for rental car ) It was such an exceptional next day's breakfast, the whole family was gathered there and they served us the plate which would cost like 20 eur in a restaurant Highly recommended.

Obviously it is a bit old hotel, but I have enjoyed it immensely.
