This is without a doubt the best location in Kalopanagiotis. The room has a spacious terrace with stunning views of the village and valley. It’s incredibly peaceful - you can constantly hear the river and birds, making it the ideal spot to relax. The room is spacious and includes a balcony with breathtaking views of the village and surrounding nature. Unlike other accommodations in the area that require a lot of walking and stair climbing, this hotel is conveniently located on the main street. It offers easy access to a nearby supermarket, a lovely cafe, and some of the best views in the village. It’s also just below Theoxenia restaurant and a short 2-minute walk from several more dining options. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower is a good size with good water pressure. Excellent WiFi signal throughout the entire place (room and restaurant). The hosts are extremely welcoming and kind and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

It's clean but not super clean. The mattress is very soft. The room and the facilities are basic, it's definitely not a luxurious room but still, if you are not looking for a luxury room then this is the perfect place for you.

The apartment is in great location of Kalopanagiotis, where one can walk and go to all amenities/sites of the village. It is quite spacious and fits for sure 4 people. Mr Christos, who welcomed us late at night for check-in, was very friendly and responsive to whatever we needed right away. They were even flexible with our checkout since it was Monday, which was very nice of them. A great bonus is the view of the apartment - worth your trip and stay!

Theoxenia is located in the middle of the village. The view was really nice, day and night including the monastery, the bridge, the surrounding mountains dressed in green, and the village roads and houses at lower ground. Easy access to every place in the village. Next door to the public elevator.

Best thing about this room is the view from the window, especially at night. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Would have been good to have 1 or 2 water bottles in the fridge and perhaps black-out curtains over the entrance door and window above!

The location and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Big comfy bed. It had everything we needed for a short stay to attend a wedding. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Nothing not like

The location and view of the hotel are very nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The 21 appetizer menu for 18 euros is very filling for one person and there is no need for another main course. The staff is attentive and smiling. Thank you.

Alcoloh drinks can be lower prices

Beautifully located, our balcony was overlooking the mountains and Xmas village displayed below us. Located in the top Center of the village and only a 2min walk to the Xmas village. Property was clean, super comfortable and cosy. Food was great! And they can deliver the food to your room if you aren’t feeling like socialising for the night. 100% recommend!

I really liked the location of the property, how clean it was and the view was stunning. Also it was warm for a cold night. I would recommend it for families of 4. Smart TV with a Netflix account on is a good touch and the bathroom was very clean.

Unfortunately the dates that I ve visited the restaurant was closed therefore I can't have an oppinion about the matter however since the restaurant was closed and since the room has the facilities I would have liked if it was provided in the room some coffee and some water. What really bothered me though is that the specific room that I was staying in there was way too much light coming from the door and I slept up until 6am because of the sun rising. I am not aware if that was only for the room I was staying in.

Too soft large bed, inconvenient extra bed located in an area (upper level) with poor air condition.

We appraciate the parking area even if we didn't use it. The room is really spacious with a nice balcony and a wonderful view.
