Nice and cozy hotel.

Too many people in January and crying children in the corridors. We tried to go asleep at 22.00, but couldn’t because it was too loud. Turkish sauna was cold and didn’t work correctly. Finnish sauna was cold during first 15 minutes from 1 hour we paid for, but then it heated. Before our stay I asked the hotel about sauna but they didn’t inform me that I need to book time and to pay for it. It would be great to know about your services before the stay.

An excellent small modern hotel in the mountainous region of Cyprus, with a warm and soulful atmosphere. Perfectly clean! Everything is provided for the convenience of guests - even an elevator in a two-story building and toilets with changing tables on each floor! There is an outdoor pool in the yard, in the evening it is closed from birds and garbage - the first time I see this in Cyprus! The staff is smiling, friendly, they do everything quickly and carefully. In the evening I asked for warm milk for my child at the bar - the bartender put the previous open bottle aside, brought a new one and opened it in front of me - nice! And they didn't charge me). The restaurant is wonderful - we had lunch and dinner - the menu is varied, everything is fresh, cooked "from under the knife". Breakfasts are quite sufficient - everything is there, they add, without waiting for empty trays. The room is decorated in a chalet style - wooden beams, parquet, fireplace. Every day they put water and fruit, a bottle of good wine upon arrival. Also a very comfortable bed, complete blackout at night, a huge balcony, high-speed wi-fi, robes and slippers. The grandson forgot three soft toys in his daughter's room (hid between the wall and the mattress)), the daughter called - the staff found them and sent them to us. Now I know where to stay in the mountains of Cyprus!

I liked everything. For a complete WOW! you can add mosquito nets to the balcony.

I liked the room it was very spacious and clean even though the bathroom was for disabled people so the toilet seat was too high and the sink too low.

The breakfast was a bit poor, it was fasting season and they didn't have anything for fasting (i.e. vegan) except bread and honey. But the buffet was very simple anyway, even for non fasting people. Also I didn't like the music that was playing from the radio, it was very bad quality and annoying and too loud. It would be better if there was no music at all.

Overall an excellent place to stay, the two front of house staff couldn’t do enough for us and clearly love their jobs, a great reflection on the owners. The food was very good, extremely large portions and very tasty, breakfast was very plentiful with a lot of choice.

Everything was so good, I deliberated whether to mention this: breakfast as above, our fault for not flagging this and early into the breakfast room but the hot plates hadn’t been switched on, only a very minor issue in the overall visit and will certainly not deter from a return visit.

The room was spacious, clean and cosy, with all the necessities and a nice view. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very stylish. They have a nice restaurant (we really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there). Their spa facilities were also a pleasure (especially the hamam). The gym was decent.

A friendly suggestion for improvement: It would be nice if you offered slippers to your guests.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay , my room had a balcony, and a double bed , nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff , breakfast was very good and plenty. Had dinner on 2 nights , salmon was huge and cooked in a beautiful orange sauce 😊. Great place to stay if you like hiking. Pool was lovely to come back to after a morning spent hiking 😊

Clean and well presented in communal parts of hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful when we asked for anything.

Slightly leaking toilet which I reported straight away. Bit of a musty smell in bedroom but quickly sorted by opening windows. Spa facilities were not operational which was very disappointing as we would have used them.

Location: it is about 25min walk to the village centre, but I didn't mind at all, as it is a pleasant one

Nice and quiet location in the mountains. The room was conformtable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was good. We had a good night sleep even with the noise from a family celebration downstairs :).

Just some small communications issues with the staff (probably normal due to the organisation of the family celebration). We paid by mistake x3 the diner, but we received the refound afterwards.

Nice and calm hotel, good facilities, pretty area. Room is very nice and clean. While the area was a bit quiet in the evenings, it was great for relaxation.

No AC in the room. Also, we were a little disappointed since we came to the hotel after we got married and they didn’t even congratulated us. The spa was also very basic and required an extra fee.
