Great location with easy access to the mountain walks

Charging for small extras at the restaurant, I ordered lamb chops and asked for tzatziki as it didn’t come with my order, charged 2€, ordered dips for two people which only came with one pitta bread so had to ask for more which again was charged extra. It seemed a shame as the food was great and these little extra costs Seemed unnecessary due to the amount of money we spent in the restaurant over our stay. Please in future don’t charge those extra’s as overall it was a great dinning experience!

Absolutely wonderful scenery at Troodos. The hotel is right on the square there within walk of the Visitor's Centre and wooded trails, cafes and market stalls. Local produce for sale, trips, souvenirs, cycling, motorbiking, car rallying, and children's activities on weekends a speciality. People ski there wintertime. Just like a mini-Switzerland. Sunrise and views spectacular from my wide windows. No humidity, lovely July summer temperatures in lower 30s C, down to 20s and below, nights beautiful. Room spacious, comfortable. Best hotel pillows I've ever had. Breakfast a super buffet in a very spacious room with views all round. Extremely quiet.

The hotel is quite old but beautifully wood built, spacious and quaint with a coffee and meals terrace everyone takes advantage of. All services are more than adequately functional. Some details like loose bathroom floor tiling remarked on, for maintenance. Some plumbing noises at night. Otherwise very good value for money.

In spite of some not great reviews this hotel as a two star was actually just right. Room was spacious, simple, clean and comfortable with a massive sliding door system onto a glassed in ‘viewing room’ with table and chairs to enjoy a magnificent view out across the mountains and valley. We had a really nice, tasty dinner (way better than many we have had!), completely helpful with our vegan diet. Ideally located in the centre of the village with a comfortable outdoor sunny spot in front of the hotel to have lunch/drinks. Breakfast space also had wonderful views across the mountains. Staff were delightful, particularly Bronislava who we could have chatted to all day! And the very helpful and friendly Reception (possibly manager, forgive us we did not get her name - long red hair) who went out of her way to make sure our vegan needs were covered. So please don’t be put off by the reviews, it‘s not a flash/slick 4 star but was actually nicer in some ways and gave us everything we needed for an inexpensive one night stay to visit the wonderful Troodos Mountains.

Really nothing for the price, it was value for money and a bit more!

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. We try to go every year as a family. Compared to last year, the hotel was very crowded this time. However, it was nice. Dinner and breakfast were also satisfying.

I would like to state that we have difficulty sleeping because of the children's voices in the corridors. I think warning signs should be put up and families should be more sensitive.Also, the lobby was very crowded, I had difficulty finding a seat and I had difficulty hearing my own voice because of the noise.

A good place for a weekend stay. Nice cleaning. The room we lived in had a magnificent mountain view. Nice restaurant (big meals, alcohol drinks are not watered down, good value for money overall).

The room could use some renovation though. No minibar, though a small fridge was present and switched on (but turned out to be empty). We were surprised to find out there was no coffee machine in the breakfast area. No freshly squeezed juices neiter (even for extra fee).

The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The Greek yoghurt, honey, coffee and fresh fruit with nuts was delicious. Excellent location for 3 of the walks I did which included the Persephone nature trail and the Atalante nature trail both of which start in Troodos. The Artemis nature trail was 2km drive or walk from Troodos.

I think the flooring in the bedroom needs to be changed and updated from carpets to tiles as it’s mainly walkers who stay here and our shoes/boots get muddy so it’s difficult to keep clean but the cleaners are doing a good job and managing this and the hotel is clean enough to stay in

Great location. Great restaurant for relaxing in the evening.. good evening menu.. nice food.. nice lounge area with log fire.

Breakfast "hot food" was generally cold. Orange juice was watered down so not much taste of orange! Hotel described as "spa" hotel. The Spa facilities were very, very basic and very, very expensive so we did not use them once. When we booked we expected to use them daily as part of our stay.

I appreciated room upgrade, the view is gorgeous, water bottle is a huge plus, clean and fresh towels and sheets.

the hotel restaurant is overpriced and not tasty, service is slow- very disapponting. there's no air conditioning and the terrace, although has nice view it's not comfortable because the window is just above and wall closes most of the view so sipping coffee in the chair is not as nice as it could be

All staff is friendly, tasty food and big portions. I love Troodos mountains ) Our room was tidy and the view was amazing 🤩

Ohhh.. I decided to book a room in a hotel to spend my birthday there and to relax for a few days. So I booked SPA ((( I wanted to go to jacuzzi and Hammam🤪 It was terrible, seriously 😞 Hamam was like room temperature all the time, humidity is also like that, mold on the corners, I ask staff to make temperature at least 30 degrees, but max it was 27 all the time with cold stones.🫤 they also checked it And finally I was told to pay a full price for that cold Hammam and jacuzzi( (for 3 persons, I mean 2 kids and me) it’s about €165 ❗️The hotel is good but not the SPA

We checked in 3 in the afternoon. Room was really nice and warm.had lunch and went back for a nap.my son woke up with terrible temperature later on around 9 pm so we had to leave..... Really sorry we couldn't enjoy the rest of the trip. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thanks to the lady with the blonde hair who brought me some medicine for him. However we preferred to leave at the same night at 10. For the few hours spended there we enjoy it!
