Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big clean room and communal areas. Conveniently situated for the Metro and local restaurants.

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room. But not a deal breaker and wouldn't hesitate to return

Nice place for a short stay in Milano. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only the doors to the room are too thin. You can hear people walking the corrido. Good location if you travel without a car. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk. Reception is very helpful. Poor breakfast choice, but this is a small place so I can understand that. 

Good hotel in a good location next to a metro station. Nice staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Ideal to stay a few nights and visit the city.

The breakfast is quite basic but sufficient. I would appreciate more vegetables and fruits.

The staff was outstandingly friendly and very accommodating in every way. The breakfast was good and the coffee selection was outstanding.

There was only on way in and out of the lobby and that was stairs, which is not good when you have to manage huge luggage.

The property was close to the Turro Metro Station which is quite central to Duomo although it’s a few stops, maybe 20mins train ride. The property to train station is less than 5 minutes walk. Room was comfy, staff were nice.

Nothing, I was barely in the hotel during the day and stayed 2 nights, didn’t have breakfast, so everything was okay.

The bed is the best thing, it's very comfortable. Other than that, all other aspects are good. The place is clean and feels very new. Good selection of breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to Metro that is well connected to all attractions and shopping area.

staff very friendly the rooms are very neat and spacious breakfast is classic for hotels close to the metro we didn't have heating (we were with a small child), but as soon as we told them they arranged it

too small space for breakfast, we were 3 adults and two children..

Friendly staff who were available day and night. Room was clean with comfortable single beds. Room looked over street with balcony which was nice to have. Bathroom was modern and pleasant. Plenty of mirrors which was perfect for me and friend when getting ready to go out! Hotel was only 5 minutes from the train station - takes about 15/20 minutes into the main city. We really enjoyed going to Brera, about a 15 minute walk from the cathedral where there was lots of nice bars and restaurants. Would happily come back to this hotel as it was very good value for money!

Would have appreciated if towels were changed as we had the some ones for 4 days.

Clean room, nice service, the staff was very friendly! I saw some reviews about the breakfast being poor so I went with that in mind however I feel the breakfast was enough for me :) there was variety and things to chiose from to eat!

Overall, I am really happy with my stay. One little thing was that I didnt find a way to use the stairs to go from reception to my room, only with lift.. I dont like lifts 😅

Excellent hotel, please don’t be put off by the 3 star rating. It is a very clean and modern hotel, staff are exceptional anything you ask them for they try and provide whether this is an iron, a travel adaptor a bottle opener, they were superb, the hotel is great value for money in comparison with much older and less aesthetically pleasing hotels. Rooms were cleaned everyday and Turro metro station which has great links is nearby.
