I really loved our stay at the Rustic Caves Hotel. My name is Aleksandra and I have been there in February 2024 with my friend. The staff was literally the best, especially Mr Serdar, who helped me arrange a successful Baloons Flight Trip :) (which is quite hard in the winter, so I did have a lot of luck and a great and skillful manager). Mr Serdar, but also other receptionists, always knew what do we lack even before we had known this and they were always willing to help as much as they were able to. The localization is perfect. The city center is really close on foot, as well as the Goreme Open Air Museum. The valleys are in a walking distance, but it is also possible and cheap to get there by a taxi booked by the hotel. The room was big, spacious and pretty. It was warm, as well as the water in the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable. The only problem was not enough space for all the belongings - the room was very spacious, but it would be good to have more shelves and/or a bigger table, or more hookers in the wardrobe - although it is just a minor detail. The breakfasts were good, with unusual spieces and sauces. There were quite a lot of options. The staff know Capadoccia really well. They were always willing to give us some information and also to help us make the best deal out of time we had there. They helped us choose the best trip and told us, where is it possible to get on our own. It was soo perfect!! I recommend it will my whole heart:)

not enough shelves or tables to put our things on in the room

The breakfast was very varied, high quality, well prepared and with healthy ingredients, it was a delight. The room inspired by the stone constructions of Goreme, I really liked it. The bathroom was very spacious. The terrace was ideal for watching the balloons flying in the sky early in the morning. Fantastic because the town of Goreme is built around the stones inhabited by the first Christians. What is extraordinary is that these stones are found everywhere on the streets, not only in open-air museums. Fascinating because of the balloon trip.

I didn't find anything I didn't like..

What a lovely place to stay. Well sized rooms, that were very comfortable and clean. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who was very proud of their hotel, which had been completed 15 months ago. The pool and bar area was almost completed during our stay, we enjoyed one evening sitting in this area. Breakfast was great each morning with a variety of options as a smorgasbord at the top of the building. The owner organised to get our washing done which was appreciated.

A few small maintenance matters were required in the rooms, such as shower sliding door in one room and shower holders didn't always hold the shower head inplace.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – a special thank you to Serdar, Arman, and Farshid for always being so professional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Also, a big shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast; always smiling and attentive, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean, and location is very good; everything you need is just a short walk away. And even if something isn’t nearby, the amazing staff always go out of their way to help organize everything for you. Highly recommended! 😃

Firstly, Arman, from day reception, was excellent. He was very informative and responsive even before we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel offers it's own tours and Arman was excellent at organising all the tours we went on. They were excellent and reasonably priced. Arman especially had great advice on our air-balloon trip. The hotel itself was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and the ladies in the breakfast room were so sweet and friendly. The hotel is well-positioned, being just a short walk to the main road through the town. We really had the most wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia.

We had an amazing stay at Rustic Caves hotel. From the beginning communication with the hotel was great - Serdar got in contact with us to offer us a balloon tour for €65 and to also ask us if we wanted an airport transfer. The balloon tour they organised was with a brilliant company and it was an unforgettable experience (especially for us as we had initially ruled out doing a balloon ride because we thought it was too expensive). Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. The temperature of the room was quite warm (we visited in March) but easily remedied by opening the window. Breakfast at the hotel was great - plenty for vegetarians and lots of vegan options too (if you don't have cheese or yogurt). I found enough to eat during my stay. The staff at the breakfast were also very friendly. All the staff at Rustic are excellent. They explained available tours to us but were not pushy which we really appreciated. They gave us a map and told us where buses to other areas left from (useful because we like to explore independently). Cetin was the main person we spoke to and he was brilliant. The location of the hotel is easy walking distance to Göreme town and all the shops and restaurants. All in all, we loved our stay at Rustic - it was great value for money and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast - served as a buffet, it was impressively diverse, with plenty of fresh and tasty options for every preference. We were traveling by motorcycles, so the secure parking was a major plus and gave us great peace of mind. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They also helped us with a recommendation for the hot air balloons, which turned out to be a great idea. The place is also close to the center of Göreme, and there’s a bakery nearby that I highly recommend. Overall, it was a great stay and we would gladly return and recommend it to others!

The friendly staff went above and beyond. They organised our airport transfers and a balloon trip for us at a reasonable prices and arranged different tours for other guests The location was great - on a quiet road, a short walk from the town. The roof terrace was an excellent spot for watching the hot air balloons and sunrise in the early morning. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast had a good selection.

The bar sometimes ran out of certain drinks, e.g, cans of Sprite, but the staff were great at suggesting an alternative.

The property, the staff, the rooms and the breakfast were exceptional. Especially the staff at the reception and the breakfast are worth to mention. They helped us to get to know the area and book activities even before getting to the hotel days in advance (via whatsapp, very convenient). The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was the sweetest. She made connection with every single guest and prepared egg specialities per request and a great buffet with lots of variety. She always had sweet words to say and made us feel very comfortable as well as the staff at the reception.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property but the neighbors dog was barking at everyone passing by, even at nights when we wanted to get some rest before waking up early for the balloon ride.

My stay at Rustic Caves was simply unforgettable! Located in the heart of Cappadocia, the hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and the region’s unique beauty. Services: The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with tips on tours, balloon ride bookings, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and homemade bread. Activities: The hotel helped us organize a balloon ride, a magical and unmissable experience. We also went on hikes and visited nearby valleys, all with the support of the staff. Conclusion: I highly recommend Rustic Caves to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and authentic experiences made this trip truly special.
