A lovely house with nice rooms, managed by very kind people. The host speaks excellent English and is a great communicator. I extended my stay 3 extra nights because I enjoyed it so much, and even then, I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back. Cappadocia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable and affordable home/room each night after my adventures. Great location. Nice fresh breakfast included as well. I highly recommend.

Everything about this place is wonderful . The people, the location, the room, the hospitality and the resident cat 🤩 I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely come back for sure.

The bathroom at times had a bit of smell which I think happens with heritage buildings. It was not a big deal though.

There was no reading lamp. The shower was broken and the doors didn't close properly. Better maintenance needed.

This hotel has an unbeatable location, just 5 minutes away from a lively town center, yet nestled in a quiet corner that ensures a restful sleep. The breakfast is also a highlight, with adequate nutrition of fresh vegetables, protein and local specialties, I also enjoyed coffee and tea provided on the terrace. The room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully equipped with books, the bed was very comfortable.importantly, the staff deserved a special praise, their kindness and hospitality made my stay feel personalized and stress free. Highly recommend for travelers seeking convenience relaxations and value for money!

I like the location of the house, it is located in a quiet road just 6 mins walk away the town centre. Still very convenient but without the noise and busyness from the crowd. It is also on a slope, so the perfect location to watch the air balloons in the morning at the terrance. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Not the fanciest room but for this price it is a very good value of money. The staff is very helpful - good communication via message. They accommodated my very late check-in request, and also offered great assistance for airport transfer. Great breakfast as well.

The manager/owner and the breakfast cook were amazing! They were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious--scrambled egg, veggies, olives, a piece of cheese, homemade bread and jam plus coffee/tea. The terrace and hill behind the hotel were excellent places to watch the balloons in the morning, not crowded at all. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels were bright and clean. The shower got hot right away. The hotel feels like someone's well-lived in home with household items like an ironing board, decor from the past like the 1970s TV, and well worn Turkish carpets.

Erkan is amazing, very helpfull ! The room is big, the bathroom is big, the bed is very comfortable ! Location is perfect, you can walk to all the hikes. You can use the kitchen, supermarket is 3min walk away, but Erkan is a good cook ^^ It's also quiet at night so you can sleep good. I will definitly go back there !

Not very soundproofing, you can hear what's happening is the room next door, but I had very respectful neighbourg who went to sleep before me all the time 🤣

Standard King Room was spacious and bright and comfortable. Situated on the entrance floor (2 windows facing the quiet street and 3 the neighbouring wall), the room is very quiet (even on a New Year's Eve) and private thanks to great curtains. During our stay in winter it was always nicely warm. There was a water kettle which was great to make a tea or coffee after the walks in the cold, only there were no mugs provided. The owner was nice and welcoming. Even though we booked a room without breakfast included, he offered us one breakfast for free on the lovely roof terrace (where the reception is as well) and invited us for drinks later on. We just wish we had more time in Göreme.

The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the centre. The room was spacious and breakfast was served in the terrace. If you get up early it's possible to see the hot air balloons from there. Fikret the owner is really friendly and helped me out when my phone went in a frenzy!

I would suggest to shop around if you plan to take a tour as I was charged quite a lot more compared to other people in the tour (the money was taken from the tour organisers, not the hotel).

Ercan is very helpful, knowledgeable and always available. There are three rooms on ground floor and three on first floor, we had large room on first floor with balcony and it was huge and bright. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good location. Amazing fresh breakfast every day with unlimited tea on the terrace. Great views from terrace. You are able to use the kitchen and fridge if you want to. WiFi was good. Excellent shower and hot water. Comfy bed.

There are no TVs in any of the rooms, so if you are used to connecting your devices to TV, you won't be able to do it. Reading lamp/side table lamp would be very useful. Windows needed some maintenance. Check in could be made automated which would make it easier for everyone.
