As first time in cappadocia Balloon Cave hotel and staff help us in everything,from tours to airport shuttles to balloon ride booking and answered all my questions.They even waited for us since we arrive at late hours.The breakfast was traditional turkish breakfast which we enjoyed everyday. Wifi was great. We forget to bring an adaptor for our UK style sockets for the charger but they let us borrow there’s for the whole time we stay. Rooms are class cave house and ambiance is very warm,welcoming and class vibes. I would definitely book again in the future. Love the hotel and the staff. Also the terrace place in the roof top is perfect for hot air balloon viewing and pictures. I am very happy and satisfied in there service and there hotel from a mom of a 2 y.o boy. Highly recommend.To the staff, keep it up guys!you made our holiday extra special. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staying at the Cappadocia Balloon Cave Hotel was like stepping into a fairytale. Our cave room was stunning—beautifully carved into the rock with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the unique cave atmosphere gave us a sense of peace and seclusion. Waking up to the sight of hot air balloons rising over the valleys from our window (or terrace, if applicable) was magical. The staff were warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay perfect, offering helpful tips for local tours and even arranging our balloon ride. Everything—from the intricate décor to the spotless cleanliness—was top-notch. This hotel truly captures the essence of Cappadocia and made our visit unforgettable.

Every think was fine only WiFi was bit slow but else all was good

My room was warm and comfortable. The fragrance was floral, fresh and comforting. Easily accessible to restaurants in downtown area. The staff, including Kadir, Cesur, and the two Emres, were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff was personable, and the onsite restaurant provided a plentiful and adequate breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its charm, warmth, and friendly staff, especially at this price.

Even though there is a ramp which makes getting into the hotel accessible, once in, there is no elevator to move you between the first and third floors where the restaurant is located. There are additional steps up to the terrace. I am not sure how the hotel handles wheelchairs or elderly clients who are unable to climb stairs.

The whole experience with this hotel was spot on. Reservation, check-in, check-out, trasportation - everything went really smoothly. The staff is extraordinary friendly, helpful and responsive, the room was very clean and bed comfortable. The included breakfast was the best I've ever eaten. Location is really good, only 5 minute walk from the centre. To anyone visiting Göreme, I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be dissapointed :)

The location of the hotel is very good. Also close to the shopping centre and restaurants. You can watch the balloon flight from the terrace of the hotel itself. The room was of good size, well decorated and maintained. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They keep on checking whether we have any issues or not during our stay. The breakfast had a very good selection of food and was sufficient. They add new items to breakfast everyday. I will definitely book this hotel if I visit goreme Cappadocia in future again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and always available. They really went above and beyond to provide the best service. Buffet breakfast was very nice and they changed it slightly every day so we didn’t get bored. Location was fantastic, it was less than a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and main area.

The wifi and our data signal was quite poor in the bedroom and pool area. The key had to be in the door for the fridge to work so our drinks weren’t really cold since we were hardly in our room.

It was a wonderful holiday from start to finish. The entire hotel team was very helpful and always smiling. We arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. after a twenty-hour journey, I felt like drinking beer that I could no longer buy in a store or pub. I asked the porter at the reception if I could buy a beer at the hotel, he said I could go to the room and he would take care of it. I was expecting a can of beer, but two minutes later the porter appeared with a tray on which he had 2 chilled beers, 2 frozen mugs and a bowl of peanuts. From then on, our stay at the hotel was a dream. The breakfasts were delicious, always something different from hot dishes. The coffee from the espresso machine was ok, but I like strong coffee, so the lady at the dining area made me delicious Turkish coffee without any problems. Rooms clean. The view of the Goreme panorama is wonderful, especially in the morning when the balloons were flying. Every morning (5AM) the porter Emre brought us delicious tea to the observation deck. We would like to thank all hotel employees. It was a wonderful stay.

We really like the staff. Super friendly. Helped us arrange local trips. Also catered to all needs of our child. They also helped us get a last minute taxi for a private tour. Breakfast is good. They even packed us a take-away box with a sandwich, cheese slice, a drink and some tomatoes as breakfast on our day of departure - since we were vacating before breakfast hours.

Mouldy/damp smell in the room. There could slso be a tissue box in the room. No labels allergen indications for breakfast items.

This hotel is a little gem! We had an excellent stay, it is within walking distance to the town centre of Goreme, thus easy to access the tourist attraction offices/ pickup points, souvenir shops and lots of nice restaurants! The staff is lovely,helpful and always looked out for us; a special shoutout to Mr Kadir who helped us with some of our bookings! The breakfast was good and fresh, limited variety but enough to fill you up. Spacious, comfortable and clean room with sufficient storage.
