The hotel provided a comfortable and exceptional experience. The breakfast selection was delightful, featuring a variety of Turkish delicacies prepared in-house. The staff were highly supportive and offered valuable guidance regarding local tourist attractions. We deeply appreciate the hospitality extended by Feride. Both the rooms and the shared washrooms were impeccably clean. We highly recommend their spacious double room, which includes an in-house jacuzzi for added comfort. Additionally, we had the opportunity to try their freshly baked, customizable chicken pizza, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel’s prime location, close to Göreme Center, is another highlight, offering stunning views of hot air balloons from the terrace and rooftop restaurant.

Stone room was clean & tidy. It was 2 mins from the bus station. View from the terrace was epic - hot balloon view. Staff were helpful.

There was no glass in the window. The manager was not very accommodating when we want to cancel our shuttle booking.

It is a family run business which makes your stay more warm and friendly. The breakfast is prepared with care and love by the women from the family, variety and freshness you will feel in each bite. The recepcionists Mrs. Ferid and Mrs. Yagmur are very friendly and give you all information about sightseing and other subjects that you may need. Our room was 105, on first floor with 20 steps going up. They took our lugagge to our room (2 men did it). The size of the room, brightness and confort suited us perfectly (2 women). It is a 10 minute walk to downtown Goreme, very nice to us. Early morning you can see the balloons on your room window or on the terrace of the hotel. That was a plus. Techekurederim to all of you and my Best Wishes.

Nothing to point out.

Great location, close to the main street at the heart of Goreme - The hotel itself seemed beautifully constructed and was true to form and what we expected from a cave hotel The staff, especially the hotel manager, was very helpful - She happily clarified any Qs we had about anything - She also offered us cups of tea after we had checked out and while we were waiting for our cabs Didn't check out the room service options, but there were plenty Breakfast was a delight - Not particularly diverse, but exceptional quality across the board - Also, we got a great view of the town and the hills from the breakfast hall and the terrace above it Room was clean and tidy and looked very grounded and rooted in the heritage and culture of that part of Turkey - Loved it

I felt the room lacked a little space - We booked the quadruple room with 1 double bed and 2 singles and I feel they occupied a whole lot of space, which is why the rest of the room seemed a little cramped Also, we had trouble using the electric kettle because there wasn't a ready connection close to it

The staff truly went above and beyond, they were not only super friendly but also extremely helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude made all the difference. The room was absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The breakfast was another highlight. It was delicious with an abundance of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for something light or a hearty meal, there's something for everyone. Overall, my stay was nothing short of outstanding. I would not hesitate to book again and highly to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia.

76 euros per night is a very good price-quality ratio for one of the most expensive regions of Turkey - Cappadocia. The first impression when I entered the room was the feeling of insufficient space. So for those who like more freedom it is better to choose a room at 105 euros :-) Breakfasts deserve the highest rating. Beautiful panoramic view from the upper terrace.

It seemed to us that out of four pillows only one was comfortable for sleeping :-) Since I have slept in several hundred hotels in dozens of countries around the world, I feel these subtle gradations :-)

We are 6 people accomodated in 2 cave rooms, our rooms are super comfy, clean and all things are excellent in room. Our rooms are on the ground floor on our demand to avoid stairs, give us a chance to go for a nice walk easily.Rooms areequipped with all necessary things, kettle, tea coffee, comforters, sockets etc etc Fans are also arranged for us on demand,as the staff members are too friendly and cooperative..

It was a great experience living in caves that are super comfy and have all luxuries, along with the best breakfast on top floor. Location was excellent walking distance to the restaurants and shops

Location was just on the edge of Goreme, on the bus station side of town. Restaurants, bars, shopping on your doorstep. Roof top had lovely seating area with ‘igloo’ for colder days, 3 tables and chairs and round lounge type seat. Great viewing opportunities for hot air balloons or to relax. Breakfast was excellent - a very good variety buffet, with eggs omelette available to order. Lots of fruit juice included. Our room, 109 was luxurious and spacious with a huge jacuzzi. Comfortable super Kingsize bed. Fabulous twinned showers with rainfall head fittings and plenty of fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, slippers and robes. Usual tea and coffee making facilities with supplies as well as bottled water and handy to have fridge in room to keep cool drinks. Fabulous friendly and most helpful staff, and especially Frieda who helped with taxi, tours, restaurants recommendations and places to visit in the area. She’s always on hand for advice or to just ask how we are doing - a huge thanks to her for making our stay extra special.

Only minor details, but the blinds in our room was not black outs, so it was bright in the room, especially with the street lights just outside. Unable to connect to Wifi in the room, but the available once you’re outside room door!

We generally enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff are very nice and sometimes we think we are spoiled. We come to the canto for breakfast around 10am, - the greatest time ends at 10:30am. But the staff offer newly cooked food to us.

One surprise happened around 11pm one night during our stay - some guy tried to open our door and enter our room. I guess it was a wrong knock but was disturbed anyway. We stayed here for three days and if the breakfast offering can vary that would be much much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Safaran Cave hotel. The hosts were amazing. They helped us with everything including booking all the tours like ATV tour, Jeep Ride, Hot air baloon, Red tour, Turkish night show. They gave us discounted price for all tours, even reduced prices when they went down and personally spoke to the guides & touring company to ensure we get best experience. The hotel also is lovely, clean. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was very good.
