The location is very good: just one street back the main road, in a quiet side street. Space for 4 to 6 cars parking in front. Bus stationin 2min and plenty of restaurants, travel agencies etc. Breakfast is served inside or on a 360 degree terrasse with view. You can watch balloons in the morning, as well as the night lights. The rest of the day, you can bring your coffee, tea or wine up. There is also a small garden.

Be aware of the many steps you need to be able to do comfortably. Staff is kind and helpful if you inquire, but didn't seem very knowledgeable on tourism sides or specially connected to any tour operators. They were not pushy, which is a good thing. Breakfast contains a variety of salats and olives but rarely any fruits (besides apples) and no fresh juice. The terrasse and outdoors have slightly changed from the fotos on bookings.

Location - right in the city centre, with accessible restaurants and shops nearby, on walking distance. Staff - treated us with great hospitality. Leyla, Nasır, Ali, İbrahim - just to name a few. Always available to help and to answer queries. Services - great buffet breakfast with variety of items (better than a five star hotel). Turkish tea available in the dining room, at all times during the day. Room was quite spacious with on suite, and house cleaning providing fresh toiletries and towels. There is terrace lounge where you can rest anytime of the day, with great scenery and view! The hotel provides tourist info and can book activities for their customers.

The room was spacious and had an excellent view of the hot air balloons and uçhisar castle. Bed was firm and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was decorated beautifully, with an amazing terrace for breakfast and gazing at the scenery and the balloons. Ali and Leila were very helpful and accommodating. Caramel, the dog, was super cute. The hotel was walking distance to the bus station, restaurants, grocery stores - but still very quiet and peaceful. The hot air balloon company that they arranged for us was very good - Voyager.

Nothing, really. The upholstered chairs in our room were a bit dusty.

I liked their hospitality. Every staff was amazing. The terrace for breakfast was pretty nice as well. And also, room is so clean, bed is comfortable, has private fridge, slippers, more than enough towels. They also accepted luggage storage after check out. And surprisingly, they offered me to take a shower if I want, when I come back to collect baggage (But I didn't use it). It's more than worth for the price!

It's located on a little hill, but for me it's not a problem at all since my all tour picked me up at hotel by car. But if you have a walk problem, I don't suggest to stay at this hotel. And also what I know is only stairs to go up to terrace for breakfast.

The property is very near to town Centre and convenient to travel around. It has a nice balcony where good breakfast with a wide selection is served and hot air balloons can be seen in the morning too! A good spot for photography! They provide free tea and coffee all day at the balcony which is a nice touch! The staff is friendly too.

The room that we stayed has a creaky door for the toilet. So whoever went to the toilet at night would wake up other people at the room. Also the room has no air-con; only one fan is provided. It’s fine for us because we didn’t stay in the room during the day and when we returned in the evening, the room had cooled off a bit already. But it’s perhaps not enough for other people who cannot endure warm temperature.

Conveniently located to all shops, restaurant, souvenirs shop. The receptionist was so amazing. She upgraded our room to a triple bed with a nice view of the chimney for no cost. She help us book a balloon chase tour for just a few minutes. The roof top padeo during the night so spectacular. The room was so spacious and so comfy that we slept for 7 hrs straight instead of just a power nap, that's how relax we are. Highly recommended place to stay in Goreme. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Close to main streets. If you don’t wish to use the usual tour packages which are quite expensive, I recommend using ‘cavusin_village_taxi’ look up on insta and customize the places you wish to see. The driver is great person and not commercial. Another option is to rent a car to roam about. Also, exchange to local currency to avoid additional charges.

Had booked a room with window, hoping to see the balloons first thing in the morning but they didn’t assign us the rooms we paid for - citing some plumbing issues. But overall if was a great stay. Adib took good care of us.

The most amazing was the person at the reception Leila she was so wonderful so helpful all my family love her she was so kind I can't even describe her, thanks so much to her for all the help on trips tours everything more than just a hotel was like home with a travel agent that help us to have the best experience plus the place is beautiful and very near to everything. Again thanks leila we love her so much in this days we stay she is wonderful my little kid didn't want to leave she until now ask about her and the property is excellent we will come back again

Hotel location is up the hill, but just a few minutes walk down to main town-shop area. So, very private yet easy access to shop & restaurant. The fire place enclose room with sofa at the top of the hotel is very classic & beautiful....very2 nice. Suggest to have an open deck with water proof sofa & carpet - best as place to take picture with hot air ballon in surrounding back ground. The current open deck is plain plank only. Our reception lady Miss Leila was very nice & helpful , also Caramel the dog...very very friendly.

Was suppose to checkout at 7am but reception was empty, not a big deal as we just left the keys in the reception and there were no complications.
