This was the best hotel stay in our Turkey trip. 100/10. It was really fantastic - from the location and to most especially the service. Worth every penny. We had the family suite which was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel amenities are fantastic. They have balconies with very nice views of the Goreme town - you can even view the hot air balloons every morning from them. My family and I would spend every afternoon in the al fresco area with a cup of coffee/tea/juice (on the house! but the quality is great) to take in the views and good weather. We always looked forward to breakfast every morning. There’s an option for everyone - from Western, Turkish to healthy breakfast choices. The hotel is very near the Goreme center and we just walk everyday for less than 10 minutes to the restaurants and shop. The best thing about Vineyard Hotel is really the service. Osman (the owner), alongside his brother, is very hands-on. They even serve the beverages every breakfast and socialize with the guests. He was very warm and always asked us if we needed anything. Upon booking, he right away gave me tips about Cappadocia on how to plan our trip. If ever we go back to Cappadocia, we would still book Vineyard Cave Hotel. I will definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Cappadocia.

We loved everything about it. So well organised and hospitable. One of the best experiences of my life. Multi lingual Osman amazed me with his prowess and knew our every need before we did. Delicious breakfast and breathtaking scenery at every corner. His dad Hassan took us on a private tour and it felt like we were the only people in cappadocia. His position as ex government member and many years of service as well as their families generational presence in Goreme meant everyone knew him By name and by extension was all to happy to lay out the best deals and the best experiences just for us. We wish we had more time !!!

We took the Vineyard Cave Suite for 4 people. It was of very good size with 2 large bedrooms and a living area. The beds are comfortable. Even though it was in a cave, it has a small window for daylight and ventilation. It is decorated in an old cosy turkish style. The walls of the cave naturally peel off hence the room may feel sandy, otherwise it was cleaned well. Breakfast was a generous spread with nice view of the city from the dining room. Location is a short walk to the town area although there is a slight climb up the hill. It is easy to find and is a comfortable 10 minute walk from the bus station even with one luggage each. We rented a car at Goreme and the hotel had a dedicated parking area with ample space.

I informed the owner Osman that we would be arriving before check-in time and requested to store my bags at his hotel at 8am. Our bus arrived at Goreme earlier than expected and since the town was dark and nothing was opened yet, naturally I made my way to the hotel. We arrived at 650am and his staff called him. He questioned me as to why I showed up an hour early, which was unpleasant. For the rest of the days, he was otherwise friendly and gave us ideas about touring the area.

I travelled with my family. Very helpful staff. Family run hotel. They were very helpful and courteous. Staff speaks fluent english. Even before we arrived, I contacted the owner and he was very prompt answering my questions. He was helpful in booking tours, airport transfers and other things. My wife is vegetarian and they had lot of options for her. Hotel is located near center which is very helpful. Nice hospitality where they go above and beyond to help us. My kids wanted snacks late at night and they were prompt in giving them snacks.

May be better wifi in room. Wifi outside of room was very good.

Everything here is everything I really like and exceeds what I expected. In terms of room, service provided, breakfast, atmosphere, hotel location & everything else is the best. There is nothing I don't like about this place. There is a private parking space. Fried eggs with cheese are delicious!!!. I chose this place based on the reviews on booking.com & last minute booking this hotel before I left Eskisehir. I was lucky to get a really big room with 2 queen beds & 1 single bed. There is a bathtub. woooow!!!! This is my first time in Goreme. I do not regret choosing this hotel!! Thank you Osman & his family who helped a lot!!

Good location, near to the Gerome town. I book early, got a good deal, 3 nights for total 550euros.

I was staying in the family room, it seem the air in the room contain the sand or rock particle which can be seen on the surface of the side table, side of the switches, the bedding after a day will have some sand particle settled on it. Not sure if all the cave hotel is like that. I am ok with it, just that my parent complain that to me. I think is good if you book your tours prior to coming to property. Perhaps online booking is cheaper than getting from local vendor. Klook and GetYourGuide offer some great tours package, generally cheaper.

Came for three nights with my mom, sister and kids. First time in Cappadocia. Pros. Customer service is spectacular. Everyone from the owners’ sons, to the woman making your made to order eggs at breakfast, to the gentlemen manning the cafe at the restaurant was spectacular. Complementary beverages are offered on the terrace 24/7, I even drank coffee before our balloon take off at 3:30 am! They stock your fridge with water and snacks etc for free which is a treat. I found the location to be central to everything I wanted to see in the Cappadocia area. It’s amazing to stay in an actual cave room. A once in a lifetime experience.

My friend and I stayed in room 6. The bathroom is spacious. Location is great. It's within walking distance to the Open Air Museum, National Park, restaurants, and gift shops. Osman was awesome. He was very helpful with providing information about the area and responded quickly when we had questions.

There was a leak in one of the bathroom walls. That created wet spots on the bathroom floor. It wasn't that big of a deal until my friend almost slipped a couple of times. We told Osman about this leak and he got someone out to fix the same day.

The room is bigger than we thought, the suite has 2 separate room inside with living area with jacuzzi style bathtub, 2 heater so you wont feel cold at all during winter, hotel also walking distance 200m to the town, rooftop to watch hot air balloon, great breakfast-you can ordered freshly cooked omelet/scramble eggs/soft boiled eggs/cappuccino/hot chocolate. fridge full with water bottle and snacks, all for free. the owner very kind, they serve us with hot chocs for kids and turkish tea for us once we arrived.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a short walk from the center of Goreme. The rooms are very spacious, traditionally decorated in a cave style and the property also offers a rooftop terrace with very nice views. The breakfast is super nice enriched with local delicacies while the owner Osman was super helpful not only during our stay but also before by providing us tips about the area and activities.
