Location is great, near the markets, pharmacy and center. Room was spacious and clean. Every day we got new towels, water and coffee/tea. Breakfast was also served with plenty of options to choose from. If you come early at 08:00 you can still see some air balloons flying over Goreme.

On room descriptions it is written that every room has a terrace, but none of the rooms has its own terrace. There are two shared terraces from which you can see the balloons in the morning. We didn’t mind this but wanted to mention.

The hotel was extremely clean. Ahmed, our host, was very kind and ensured we had a comfortable stay. He even arranged shuttle transfer from airport to hotel at a minimal rate. The breakfast was quite good as well.The hotel was located in the centre of the Gerome area. Lots of restaurants around. Would definitely consider booking again.

The bathroom door was a little difficult and would not close. But this was a very small issue.

Excellent location, new, nicely furnished and decorated hotel and very clean rooms. The receptioninst speaks good English, was very helpful, offering us recommendations for places to see and activities to do, arranged for us different activities and negociated a good price for us. The hotel has a nice open terrace on top with beautiful views over the surroundings. The hotel is very close to the town center, where are all the restaurants and shops. Göreme is in the "heart" of Cappadocia, close to all the main sights that are worth visiting. Definetly recommend to stay at this hotel!

The vegan options at breakfast were very limited.

I really enjoyed my stay, the ultimate happiness was the heating system from the floor : omg such a wonderful thing ! Made the room really comfy to walk in and so warm after a day in the cold and the snow. The room was cosy and cute, with a connected TV which made it nice when you wanna chill after a long walk, also spacious shower with great pressure and warm water. Boiler and everything you would need. The breakfast is on an amazing room with glass walls where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley, and even some balloons still flying (rare at the breakfast time but it happened on my last day) Great choice for breakfast, like a buffet. Enjoyed it a lot. Also felt very welcome and the owner could book some activities and transfer for me, always with a smile :)

On the downside, it is quite noisy when the neighbours shower or flush the toilets, especially in the middle of the night... it woke me up few times.. And also i regret that the girls from breakfast didn't spontaneously offered to cook eggs for me, I had to ask and it feels a bit pushy.. Nothing much anyway, still had a perfect and tasty turkish breakfast everyday while enjoying the view :)

Everything was excellent! The room was comfortable and had everything we need and the staff were very friendly and assisted us well. We had a nice breakfast with a view each morning. Would definitely recommend!

The location is just less than 5 minutes away from the town center. The hotel location is very calm and quiet. Recommended for travelers. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They help me to book my airport transfer and activities.

only noise level btw the walls to the next room. I was little bit annoyed by the another guests noise on personal level lol but I was able to manage good sleep in a cozy and warm room. just recommend you to use earplugs that helps.

Breakfast room with balcony with views over the region . Breakfast spread was good and tastefully prepared. The guy at reception was helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the things to do. The location was very central and within a short distance from most shops and restaurants. The building seems to have been built quite recently and is very neat and very well maintained.

Some of the rooms were in a sort of in a basement area with very little windows and no views. There are rooms on the ground floor and first floor that are much better with big windows and balconies. I would suggest that you opt for one of them.

The stuff was really helpful, friendly, extremely nice! All of them. We also loved breakfast with the beautiful view. The room was always clean and generally the location is awesome.
