Our experience at this property was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, centrally situated with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The room was immaculate, very clean, and comfortably warm. The bathroom was well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care, making our stay truly memorable. Their thoughtful gesture of baking a cake for my birthday was particularly appreciated. Additionally, Leo, the resident cat, added a delightful touch to our experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a superior accommodation experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

This is the most beautiful hotel and the staff are wonderful. We found everything amazing here at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. Beautifully made and decorated. The bedrooms and en-suites are big, comfortable and beautiful. The shower and power of water is so sublime I could have spent hours there and the water gave me great hair day. The restaurant for breakfast is also well thought out, it’s on the top floor and has amazing views. The little roof terrace seating area is big enough and very comfortable. We were hoping to see the balloons pass by this morning, but it all depends on which route the wind takes them. We were lucky enough to do the balloon trip the morning before and it coincided with my friend’s birthday. It was the most peaceful and beautiful experience. The staff at this hotel are very kind, helpful, friendly, trustworthy, warm and just beautiful people. They helped us to arrange the shuttle transfer return from the airport to their hotel, and back again. It’s a very reasonable €12 pp one way and a 1 hr journey in a very comfortable new minibus. The staff also helped us to arrange our hot air balloon journey, and we re really glad they did after hearing some horror stories and outlandish prices from other tourists on our travels. They arranged a good price and a very reputable company. We felt incredibly safe in our pilots hands. We re not sure if it was luck or being friendly and smiling to the driver but he put us in the best position on the hot air balloon journey basket, which was obviously also much appreciated. We re only sad that we didn’t plan to stay longer here. This hotel is also perfectly positioned to explore Goreme, there are plenty of beautiful restaurants within 5/10min walking distance. One of our favourites was Mozaic and also Topdeck restaurant. Again the hotel staff recommended and booked us a table for my friends birthday, at top deck restaurant.

We stayed with Göreme Cave Lodge for 5 days and it was beautiful. Well located and only 5 minute walk from all the restaurants. The staff are very accommodating, they help book all your tours, trips, Taxis and are available 24/7. You can speak with them on WhatsApp for anything you need. They also go above and beyond to bring you fresh fruit to your room as a gift, as well as a gift when you leave. Very clean and well-kept with breakfast included. You also have a great terrace with view of the balloons in the morning. I would recommend anyone stay here 😊 Love from Ireland!

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms that perfectly blended the ancient cave atmosphere with contemporary luxury. The hospitality and attentiveness from the staff, particularly Murat, Abdul, Harun, and Bolunt were top class. They exceeded our expectations at every opportunity and made booking our hot air balloon and local tours an effortless experience. It was also obvious that the tours were curated to give the best possible exprience of the local area, and were priced the same as the tours offered on third party websites but with extra convenience. The hotel also served a great daily buffet breakfast on the roof terrace which offered panoramic views of Goreme. Best of all, we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite on the last night, a truly memorable experience and exceptionally kind gesture! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The staff. Wonderful attention. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help. You can tell their mission is to give the best customer service possible. They helped us book the green tour, airport transport and balloon ride, and gave us tips on how to reach the attractions of the red tour by ourselves. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of variety and a lovely terrace with cushions where you can watch the balloons. They brought fruit or nuts in the evenings to our rooms for a snack, and packed us sandwiches on our last day since we had a very early flight. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the town center. The manager said goodbye to us in person and gave us balloon keychains as a souvenir.

We've been travelling across Europe for the past 5 weeks and can say that Goreme Cave Lodge was the best place we stayed at. If you are after a spacious cave room with airconditioning, large bathroom and great shower water pressure, AYCE breakfast buffet (that changes everyday), outdoor pool and the rooftop view of the hot air balloons flying overhead then this is th place to be. The lodge was just off of the main street to ensure that quiet and peaceful environment. The staff here were so warm, friendly and hospitable. Murat was very responsive with messaging and helped us plan our trip by booking our tours and transfers and Haroun went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and was well-fed. We would like to thank everyone at Goreme Cave Lodge for such a pleasant experience and we hope to see you again soon :)

This hotel is an absolute gem. It was one of the most unique and wholesome places we’ve stayed in and the service was standout. We recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cappadocia. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to restaurants and shops, with ample parking. The cave rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool is perfect for a dip after a day’s exploring. And in the mornings, the rooftop deck is perfect to see the hot air balloons at sunrise. The service of all the staff is what leads me to write this review as it was so standout. They are incredibly friendly, engaging and kind. Thank you for graciously accommodating our very late check in after a delayed flight, helping us book our hot air balloon flight, the nightly fruit deliveries, fresh breakfast cooked every morning, and Turkish coffees! We very much had a memorable experience here and hope you and your cats all keep well. We hope to come back! Teşekkürler!

The owner and staff were extremely kind and attentive. They met with us the first day we were there and mapped out two days of sightseeing for us. They also reserved spots for us with a highly professional balloon company which was a true highlight. The hotel is set in a quiet part of Goreme — we could walk to the busier part of town but were separated from it as well. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. And the location is close to many of the sites we wanted to see. We highly recommend this family-run establishment.

Very little. The bed was a bit creaky and we had to deal with the wall attachment a few times to make sure the electricity stayed on when we were in the room. But these were minor and did not decrease our satisfaction with the hotel.

This is a very nice boutique cave hotel in Göreme. It is a family owned and run. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which is the largest suite here. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The owner is always there for any requests. He booked all the tours and trips for us and they were excellent. One of his best recommendations was for a hammam (you won’t find it online). While the rooms don’t have views, hotel has a terrace where you can watch morning sunrise and evening sunsets and watch the balloons fly. It is a good location with just 4 mins walk to the center of town with lots of stores and restaurants

This was such a special place on our trip through Turkey. Such wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. Really appreciated the complimentary fruit and drinks throughout the day. Very relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool was a game changer after such hot days - doesn't seem to be many pools in Goreme. The lodge is not that far from the centre of Goreme (only a few minutes walk) on a peaceful street set back from the main road. Plenty of options for breakfast - I am vegetarian and there was a lot of choice. Fridge in room which was useful. Beautiful cushioned terrace on the roof to sit and be transfixed by the hot air balloons. We just loved our stay here!
