Nice room, nice location, quite. Staff is really helpful and have good English so there was no issues with communication.

Pool had a cold water in October and not pleasant to swim in. We did go in the evening though, but still within working hours. It is presented as "Spa hotel" on booking but actual spa is not available to the guests by default - even just spending time in Hamam to warm up requires booking - 20 euro per person for 30 minutes and even this is not available on the spot - you have to book in advance and only open slot was on the next day.

Everything was amazing, the indoor swimming pool is quite cold but it's November and the window is always open. The stuff is very friendly and English speaker. Breakfast and terrace Amazing.

The laundry services is 15 euro!! Also, the shuttle service is double expensive than get your guide. This is not correct to have this huge difference. On get your guide the shuttle service is 8.50€ for Kaysery airport. Spa is expensive, not good. Also for a spa restaurant.

The Pool and the breakfast are outstanding. If u come here in spring and it isnt warm yet, then u will have great time here. The staff is nice and accommodating. The hotel is located in a calm street, bit it just tales under five minutes to be in the middle of the city.

The Hotel will try to sell u uppriced things, like an airport transfer, where I specifically asked if there is a public transfer which was denied which wasnt true. It was one third of the price the hotel made us pay. Also the hamman and tours are pricier than elsewhere. But thats just the thing with hotels and just something to be aware of.

My stay at Heybe Hotel was excellent! The room met all my needs as a solo traveler with adequate space, natural lighting, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a prime location, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance but tucked away from the busier parts of town. The staff was awesome making sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. I really enjoyed all the amenities like the pool and delightful spa. The terrace has an awesome view of the sunrise and hot air balloons - perfect for photo ops! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight with a spread of delicious options and a made-to-order hot bar. As a vegetarian I appreciated the variety of choices available and left more than satisfied every morning. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

The wifi could be improved as it was spotty and difficult to use at times.

This was my second time here in 8 months. It's a lovely hotel. The location is great, the rooms are charming and the staff are helpful. We're travelling around Turkey and the breakfast here is the best we've seen by a long shot, it's a fabulous spread!

The cost of the spa treatments is a massive deterrent. In my opinion, it would be logical to have a reasonably priced spa that's used and busy rather than a ridiculously overpriced spa that's people resent paying for. I did use the spa facilities on my last visit and I can confirm the service and price dont align. Like most hotels, don't book trips or transfers through them, it pays to shop about.

I recently stayed at Heybe Hotel with a group of friends, and we all had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable. Its excellent position allowed us to easily access local attractions. The highlight was the wonderfully delicious breakfast each morning, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that we all enjoyed. I highly recommend Heybe for anyone visiting the area, whether you're traveling solo or with a group.

We really appreciated the location of the hotel and the kindness of the staff. They were always ready to help us and answer our questions. I would like to thank very much the girl who worked in the afternoon . She was really sweet to us and she always smiled at us. I forgot my jacket on our transfer from the airport to the hotel and she immediately called to find it.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool as we wanted due to the cold water. But this wasn't a problem for us

The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Housekeeping was thorough, and Zeynep was particularly helpful The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We arrived well before Checkin and were promptly greeted by friendly Zeynep she provided a map of the town and explained the amenities available. in arranging tours and making sure our Room was prompt and courteous.

The Only thing I didn’t like is that the Breakfast didn’t have Food tags always had to wait for someone to ask what is in the dish

This little hotel offers a touch of class and serenity after a day of sightseeing. We mostly enjoyed lying in bed and watching the hot air balloon’s at sunrise. The breakfasts were also really delicious! The hotel is located near the top of the town with easy access and parking options. The pool and spa were both lovely and we enjoyed cooling down there in the afternoons. Ella and ‘Strong Boy’ made our stay very enjoyable - always professional, smiling and happy to help. Everything was amazing. Staff is friendly and welcoming, they helped us out with everything we needed (taxis, luggage, etc.), offered suggestions, tours, and even set up a fireplace and Turkish tea while we were hanging out in the hotel’s common areas. Since our flight was very early they gave us some breakfast to take with us. Really one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and has great places to hang out including a swimming pool to relax at night.
