If this is your first visit to Cappadocia, this is the hotel you should try to book. The location is great (within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and tour organizers) and you have a beautiful view over the city and the balloons in the morning. It's a new hotel and the rooms are comfortable and clean. But most importantly you should stay because of the owner. Mustafa is a former balloon pilot who helped us with everything: from choosing the right balloon flight company (don't book a flight where they squeeze in 28 people in a basket when you could fly with only 16), pointing us to places we can visit with our rental car, making a reservation for the whirling dervishes, to helping us where to park in the crowded downtown area. To anything we asked, Mustafa's answer always was "I will take care of it and let you know". In most cases, our reservation was confirmed and I was notified thru WhatsApp within a couple of hours. One more item that stands out is the breakfast with a lot of homemade local food items like yogurt, several jams, a variety of salads, homemade gozleme, and cake; in addition to the usual items that you will find in other hotels.

If anything, it is the parking situation downtown, but this is not specific to this hotel. If you decide to stay downtown, which you should certainly do, you will face the situation to find a parking spot in the narrow streets. The owner Mustafa helped us when needed and in the end, we always found a place to park.

We had a fantastic stay at this butique hotel. The location is very convinient - in the historical part of Goreme but close to the city center with parking options and many restaurants. The room was cozy, nicely furnished and very clean. The breakfast was served in a rooftop room with beautiful views with lots of choices. The property has also trendy seating area for the baloon watching. The owners/staff were very welcoming and helpful in explaining baloon flights and helping us with booking. We felt like in a 5* hotel.

This place is just gorgeous! Bed is so comfy, linen excellent quality as is the service, breakfast & everyone is so friendly, helpful & just wants to do everything they can to make sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons!

Everything to like nothing to complain about. A+++ facilities, Accommodation & service. Road/access in is a little rustic but adds to the charm!

The reception staff Ali was very helpful. The owner Mustafa was also equally helpful. Both of them helped us arrange our transport and guided us a lot with excursions. The location is quite decent, just a few steps aways from the centre. the property is very neat and clean. breakfast served is made by the owner’s wife and claimed to be mainly organic. it tasted quite well except that there were too kamy bees around the sweet items. terrace views are quite nice too. we saw the balloons from the terrace and captured some great shots.

Mustafa provided exceptional service, he is the man of the world and doing everything that is in his abilities to make his guests happy. We had our balloon flight booked at 3rd party provider canceled due to weather conditions, and there were no places available on the next days due to overbooking and high demand. Black market was offering a x2 price to get a flight. Mustafa had 2 reserved places for a flight on needed for us day and he helped us to get them for a normal market price. We staied only for 2 nights, and this was a fantastic stay. Mustafas hotel is brand new, very clean and very nice looking. Jacuzzi is great, breakfast on terrace is wonderful. I wish all hotel owners were that open-minded, loving and hospital. If u go to Gereme, I definitely recommend staying here.

What makes this property amazing are the people running the show. Mr. & Mrs. Mustafa, the owners of the property took care of each and every minute details from arranging all our bookings (hot-air balloon ride, airport transfer, intercity tickets booking) tours (green tour, devrent valley trip and other recreational trips) and last but not the least, they took so much care of us to make our stay as comfortable, pleasant and memorable as possible. The rooms are really spacious with all the amenities and comfort that you expect. Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view of balloons in the sky. Breakfast had a lavish spread with all home made organic items. Thanks to Mr. Mustafa's nephew, he stayed up till 2 am in the morning so that we may check-in (our flight was at a very odd time). Thanks to Mr. Ali for helping us out with the tours / and their arrangement. Mr. Mustafa was kind enough to drop us to the bus station with all our luggage so that we do not have to carry it. The hospitality was amazing My friend and I arrived and had no plan on what we wanted to do in cappadocia Mr. Mustafa and Ali arranged everything for us all at short notice they really went out of their way to make sure we had the most amazing trip I would highly recommend staying there The hotel room is perfect size and the room is very clean The hotel is situated in close range to everything it literally a 5-10 min walk away from restaurants, gift shopping/ convenience shops and from taxi station Thank you for everything

The hotel feels very new and instalations are super nice. Room was big and comfortable. Great view from the terrace. Close enough to the city centre but still in a chill street, good restaurants around. Staff was super helpful and accomodating, helped me with all the tours and transportation.

Small things like some energy fails throughout the night, but not a big deal. Breakfast could start a bit earlier.

there is no place for storage clothes, only one clothes rail with few hangers. As a girls with lot of clothes we would appreciate some closet or dresser
