The hotel is placed in a very central place in Göreme with a beautiful panoramic view. The breakfast was rich and served daily in a beautiful space with a wonderful view which made you to start your day really nice! The rooms are real cave houses, built into the rock with a really impressive aesthetic inside and outside. The hotel is overall beautiful and cared in every detail. Our host was very helpful and he and his staff helped us organize all of our activities in göreme with suggestions and reservations from the begging and even to the last minute. There was 24/7 staff in the reception, ready to help you with anything you want and made us feel very comfortable. They even gave us a free upgrade in our room and gave us a bigger one with a nice view and private jacuzzi - something that blew away our experience. It was an unforgettable stay and we will choose it again for sure!

This was a lovely small hotel in a location convenient for the shops and restaurants of Goreme and with an amazing view over the town. Perfect for early morning balloon watching. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was varied, interesting and plentiful.

There was a lovely lounge area and terrace with comfortable furniture that would have been perfect for evening drinks. Unfortunately the hotel only offered some pretty expensive wine and we were not allowed to bring our own drinks which was a pity.

The accommodation is outstanding, far exceeding my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Edip, who was extremely helpful. He provided useful advice not only to me but also to other guests. You can confidently turn to him for organizing activities or getting recommendations on local restaurants. The room is clean and tidy, with fresh bed linen, and they clean daily and replace the towels. The terrace is simply magical—it's the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons, and the night lights are breathtaking. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. Definitely try the melon and Acuka. The accommodation is ideally located, with restaurants and bars nearby, and it's also easily accessible for transfers. If I return to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic! Right in the heart of Göreme. The reception person woke up very early for us to help us get to the balloon ride: he also helped me very much find a parking as the property doesn’t have own parking. Watching hot air balloons fly past the terrace was spectacular!

1. No AC nor fan provided in room - so night was a bit stuffy to start with until it cooled down towards wee hours. 2. Breakfast was average - very little fresh hot food, mostly bakery items. Example- gozleme was replenished on request. 3. The reception made me contact Booking.com about a discrepancy in booking between them and Booking.com - could have been sorted by them without stressing me on holiday for a potential extra payment demand.

Only the ballon tour that i booked through hotel. I booked it in 21 month advance for 230 Euro per person. However, when we reached there and checked around the cost for balloon was 140 USD. We asked them to reduce and they only agreed to 200 Euro per person as they have already paid to the ballon company (Kappadokia Ballon). I would recommend if you have more days in Kappadocia then book balloon from local tour operators once you reach there as you can get a discounted rate. However, it is also possible that if its peak season then you won't be able to get any as there are limited spots.

Our stay at the Vintage Hotel was nothing but perfect. We were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff, who were always around to help us with any queries. The breakfast had so many options! and was all so tasty. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room free of charge, which again was incredibly kind! The room was so cosy and beautiful. The bath was massive!! Like a small swimming pool. The view from the terrace was beautiful! So lovely to look out over the town at night time or early morning. Hotel location was super central and a short walk to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend for anyone visiting Cappadocia to stay here!

Very spacious room, big bathroom, king size bed which was super comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It felt like we had our own apartment. You have everything you need. The staff was super nice and they were happy to help with our requests at any time. They offer free tea and coffee all day. When we checked out on the last day we were able to leave our luggage at their office to go out for the day as we had a late flight. We were also able to take a shower when we came back and use the terrace until it was time to go to the airport. They have a great terrace with a very nice view that is open for guests 24/7. We were able to watch the balloons on the terrace and it is a great location to do so. They also serve breakfast there, which is delicious and great variety. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is a two minute walk from Göreme centre and a five minute walk to the bus station.

The place is gorgeous, view from the upper deck is incredible, wonderful place to sit and relax and take in the balloon lift. Vintage Cave House has so many beautiful little spots - such unique decor and all very interesting but nothing commercial. I loved the look of it. The balloon siting from the rooftop is exceptional but we were lucky to see it as you are not always guaranteed balloons will launch. The staff are super attentive and helpful.

The bathroom sometimes had a very funny smell (a bit like sewerage) which wasn't great. Had to keep the door closed.

In my recent trip to Goreme with my sisters, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thanks to Mr. Kamal and Mr. Ahmed. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable. They not only took great care of us but also organized all the sightseeing, ensuring a wonderful and hassle-free time. The hotel's service, coupled with their dedication, contributed to an overall delightful stay. We were really worried if everything would go alright, mainly due to the weather but eventually everything turned out to be better for us, Mr. Ahmed made sure we had a great time wherever we go. We were really lucky I would say to have met these kind people🥺. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic getaway. Thanks to Mr.Ahmed and Mr.Kamal for taking care of us like their little sisters ❤️. We would never forget this trip.

What we didn’t like is we couldn’t stay more 😂

The room was beautiful and was exactly what i had hoped for, and the rest of the hotel is put together very nicely and has a lovely atmosphere at night. Breakfast was good and it was great to sit on the terrace and enjoy the views in the morning over Goreme. The bathroom was great, the shower worked brilliantly well which was a relief for us. The hotel staff were helpful and informative, and the cleaners did a good job each day.

I think my main complaint is the placement of sockets. The room is setup for a double room really and as we had a twin room, the sockets for my bed were behind the headboard and thus unusable. Additionally, my friend has a sleep apnoea machine that requires a socket, which means he had to unplug the fridge and the phone in order to plug in his machine alongside charging his devices. I appreciate its not always easy to make the socket layout convenient for twin and double rooms but i think a second socket on the right side of our room would help so people don't need to unplug the fridge and/or phone.
