We had an unforgettable stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel! The cave rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and full of character—truly a unique and authentic experience. The location was perfect for exploring Cappadocia, with stunning views and easy access to a nearby square. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful—from organizing tours and airport transfers to offering local tips and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. You can really feel their hospitality and dedication. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Cappadocia!

Cute sized hotel with a real feeling of being looked after. The managers always friendly, offering anything at all that we would like including room cleaning daily. Nice areas to chill out and hang with great views of the valleys and the balloons in the morning. Bed was comfortable, room had a fridge, tea coffee and jug. Shower was hot with good pressure. Easy to book anything at all with them, we had a hot air balloon booked with the manager and it was excellent, also organised our shuttles to and from airport super easily. Accomodation was nicely located up the hill, 5minute walk to the main drag. Nothing negative to comment regarding this place. (Also the breakfast was free and exceptional everyday with homemade treats). Thank you a lot.

The location was perfect, about 10 minutes walking from the bus station and city center. The room was spacious and spotless clean. The terrace had a beautiful view of Goreme town and of the balloons in the early morning. Breakfast was delicious and most of all, the staff were outstanding! They were even able to accommodate a complimentary early check in for my stay! Cihan assisted with the tours and any other advice at the front desk, Aytekin always welcomed me with a smile and the ladies Münevver and Sabiha provided amazing housekeeping and breakfast!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Mosaic Cave Hotel in Cappadocia. The property itself is charming and beautifully blends the cave-style architecture with modern comforts, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the hospitality. The reception staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. From the smooth check-in process to offering great local recommendations and helping organize tours, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail really stood out and left a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia — not just for its unique setting, but for the amazing people who make it truly special.

Staying in a cave is a fresh and new experience for me. I never thought it would be so comfy. Mr. Mustafa upgraded us to a lovely room and decorated the room for us as it was our honeymoon. The view from the terrace was exceptional. Mustafa advised us for an ATV tour, which was amazing, and helped book our hot air balloon ride the next day. Listen to his advice; if you are staying there, it is helpful. Take the shared taxi from the airport to the hotel as the drivers are experienced, know the routes, and are straight forward with the payments. On the third day, I would advise Workshops Highlights in Cappadocia, where we did the mosaic lamps art. I 100% would recommend doing this; Mustafa would also hook you up for this. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Fresh eggs are cooked by Gisel, fresh fruits are kept, and local dishes are made every day. I love the hospitality here.

There was nothing not to like. However, finding a taxi at night is difficult.

I had a wonderful stay — even though it was a short solo trip, the experience felt so special thanks to the incredible hospitality. The property is beautiful, with cozy, comfortable rooms and absolutely stunning views. There’s a real sense of warmth and professionalism — you can tell the team truly goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and cared for. From the delicious, home-style breakfast to the helpful guidance around the area, everything was made easy for me. All the staff — from the kitchen team to those helping with transport coordination — were friendly, attentive, and kind. The location is also perfect: walkable, charming, and close to great spots like the open-air museum. I even picked up a beautiful antique carpet nearby at Tribal Collections Carpet! Seeing Cappadocia covered in snow was magical, and staying here made it even more memorable. Highly recommend — I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Mosaic Cave hotel is the best of both worlds - it has the best features of a hotel, and the homely, friendly staff, allow one to feel the freedom of a bnb. Our family of five was travelling to Goreme. Everyone had a unique personality with what they wanted to do during the trip and what they wanted to eat. Mustafa took care of everyone’s needs with a lot of patience. The hotel staff are extremely responsive and supportive. The place comes with a phenomenal breakfast. The ease of access to the breakfast space throughout the day helped us meet people’s requirements like a supply of hotel drinking water throughout the day, get boiled milk before going to bed. All in all, a great experience. There’s also a short hike to the mobile tower from the hotel which comes with phenomenal views.

Everything was fantastic. Mustafa was really helpful before, during & after our stay. I would highly recommend using Mustafa to book all the excursions. The horse riding and Hot Air Balloon ride was unbelievable (this was booked though the hotel). The Hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms were really clean and he upgraded us as it was my birthday so thanks for that Mustafa. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if I was to return to Cappadocia.

The pillows were not brilliant, however, we did tell Mustafa this as he was very reflective on feedback, he was already in the process of ordering new ones. This is very minor but was just a suggestion for the Hotel

Length of Stay: 2 nights, 3 days During my visit to Cappadocia, I stayed at Mosaic Cave Hotel in Göreme for 2 nights and 3 days. In short, this was one of the finest hotel experiences I've ever had while traveling. Room & Amenities Staying in an authentic cave room was a truly unique experience. While you can feel the thousands of years of history in the space, it doesn't compromise on modern comforts. The room was impressively clean, and the WiFi connection was reliable throughout my stay. The shower deserves special mention - unlike many hotels I've visited in Italy and Spain where temperature control is often problematic, here I enjoyed perfect water temperature that was easy to adjust. Staff & Service The kindness and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they provided meticulous support for every aspect of my stay. Their tour arrangements were actually cheaper than local street agencies, and they cheerfully assisted with taxi bookings and restaurant reservations. The airport transfer service made arrival and departure completely stress-free. Dining Breakfast featured slightly different menus each day, allowing me to enjoy traditional Cappadocian cuisine. The authentic dishes prepared with local ingredients were so varied that even during a multi-night stay, I never grew tired of the food. Location The hotel is situated in Göreme's cave hotel district, making it an ideal base for tourism. All major attractions are easily accessible from this location. Special Features The hotel has two adorable cats that create a warm, homey atmosphere reminiscent of a family stay. Value for Money Considering the services, facilities, and location provided, the value for the price is absolutely outstanding. Overall Rating 10 out of 10. It's disappointing that I can't rate it higher, as this hotel truly deserves it. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The property is awesome but the staff makes this place the gem that it is! Especially Mr. Cihaan! He was our saviour! We arrived early - in the snow..we were cold and shivering.. his smiling face led us inside the Reception area where he immediately offered us nice hot Turkish Tea which put us at ease! This was just the start! Throughout our stay, he was helping us out at each way - since it was snowing and many activities got cancelled. Mr Chiaan helped us out to book other attractions and guided us properly and aptly! Due to the weather - and hopefully to get the Hot Air Balloon Ride - we extended our stay here for another 2 nights for which again Mr Chiaan helped us out tremendously! THANK YOU SO MUCH MR CHIAAN!! Now, the morning breakfast spread was amazing and the friendly staff during breakfast also ensured our tummies were full and satisfied in the morning! Amazing staff for a great hotel!!
