The location and the cave suite of this hotel is amazing. The front desk personnel were very helpful.

There are only few original "cave rooms", others are stone rooms built later.

What I like most of this hotel, was the Service, i would like to recognize Eren, he was available for any request during my trip, he also Helped me booking the shuttle (with all the flight changes due to delay) and for the tour reservations, he was extremely helpful and available, tours are booked separate but it becomes overwhalming due to the lot of options so he immediately provide me with recommmendations and professional vendors. Bring cash! Coffee is great and also breakfast with that homemade bread and cheese and some other food that give are great and perfect for a good morning! Dont forget the terrace it is a very nice spot but the reality is that nobody uses so it is not clean or order at all. Thanks Eren!

Employees (apart from Eren) are not fluent in english so it was very difficult the communication, and we all depend on him, as it is a very touristic place my kindly recommendation is to improve the communication skills on everyone that are part pf the staff. Also, as feedback, rooms should be clean on a daily basis, my room was not clean during my stay, although it was a short stay I dont care too much. Wifi its a problem, in general the internet on the city its not so good but at least you expect that your hotel has a Good one, it would be great if the hotel improve this soon! A hotel should feel as your second home when you are far away from yours. :)

The staff was very kind and lovely, teh breakfasts were so personally and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful as well. They helped us with taxis, tours and more.

We paid a hug amount for the room and hotel and least we expected was a lit up terrace. I understand we were there in off peak season but we still were there and opted for the hotel because they had a terrace. The terrace was in an ugly shape, with no lights, carpets were all over the place.

We had an extremely spacious room with a very large & comfortable bed. Our bathroom was huge & the shower was brilliant. We also had a private balcony looking onto Goreme & we got fabulous views of the hot air balloons in the morning. It was a once in a lifetime experience staying in a cave hotel! The breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice of hot and cold items, all homemade. The owners were lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was in a really central location, a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes & shops. We loved our time here & would definitely stay again if we’re ever in Goreme.

We stayed for 2 nights in the King Cave Suite, which was an absolutely incredible experience! The room is huge, the bed is extremely comfortable, the cave design is amazing, we had air conditioning, we had a view of the fairy chimneys from our room, and we had a private terrace. The crown jewel of the room is the large, jetted tub in the bathroom that has a spectacular view of the balloons flying over the valley during sunrise. It was truly magical to be able to watch the balloons from the comfort of a bubble bath with a perfect view. The balloons were flying right over the room so close that I could hear when the pilot ignited the flame of the balloon from the bath tub. The staff also appointed the room with a complimentary bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, coffee/tea, toiletries, and had slippers/robes to use during the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful in so many ways, including setting up an airport transfer and answering our many cappadocia questions. They also provided an incredibly rich, plentiful, and flavorful breakfast. There was plenty of nice places to sit on the terrace for balloon viewing, eating breakfast, or just taking in the view of the many fairy chimneys encapsulating the property. We loved that the king cave suite allowed us to have our own private terrace for relaxing after a day of activities in Göreme. I can highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if ever back in cappadocia! Book the king cave sweet for a once in a lifetime, romantic, and luxurious Cappadocia balloon viewing experience!

The accommodation was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was varied. They were very accomodating and ensured we had a good experience when we raised an issue that we experienced during our stay.

Although the breakfast options were good and varied, sometimes things weren’t topped up e.g no butter/ milk. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view and in a great spot, however it could do with a clean up as the furniture was dirty/old.

We stayed in the family suite for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family of 3. The room was spacious, breakfast was home cooked and delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time with the resident cat as well! The location was great and walkable to the centre of town. The icing on the cake was waking up at around sunrise to see the hot air balloons on the roof terrace.

The location was good, about 5 to 10 mins walk fr the main centre with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly, good breakfast spread. Although they don't have parking but there are spaces at the front and u can park if you leave your keys with reception so they can move the car if it's blocking another. Good views fr the top terrace of the hotel.

i guess the showers can be improved and more space for toiletries n rack for clothes in the bathroom.

Right in the middle of Göreme town. The room was actually a cave room as per the name of the hotel rather than just a stone room. Bathroom was uniquely large. Very friendly staff. Small hotel but decorated beautifully. Breakfast was good too. Terrace was good.

Noting particularly. As said above it is a small boutique hotel so don’t expect a big lounge etc.

I'd like to say big thanks to the staff for booking my transfers to/from Kayseri and helping in dealing with local tourist companies. The guys were extremely helpful and responded quickly to all my requests. As for the room facilities, they are all totally fine and modern. The bedlinen is clean, and the room service is regularly provided. On top of that, the hotel has an excellent rooftop view and a beautiful white lady cat going around:)
