Everything about the Property is amazing and wonderful. From its people, the staff (Muhammed, Hanzade, Muhib etc and everyone whose names I don’t remember), the location is right next to restaurants, shops, cafes etc. The Breakfast Menu is good with nice options and variety. Good wifi connection and very nice view for The top. The entire team was helpful and friendly and willing to assist with everything for any queries that we had. To be honest there is nothing that we did not like. Everything was truly amazing and it’s a great experience.

Wowwwwww, what an amazing stay!! The hotel is centrally located which was very handy traveling with 2 little ones. Our room size ( 104) was large, perfect for 4 of us, very clean and nicely decorated, the beds were very very comfortable with nice linen. The hotel overall deco was traditional and warm and it had multiple terraces with the stunning views for the balloon watching. Even though we were planning to go to the sunrise point, since the view was so amazing from the hotel, we didn't feel the need and every morning we were surprised with different views and angles of one of the most scenic views I have ever seen. However, above everything in the hotel, I have to mention the hotel staff, what an incredible team. Berkan (Hotel Manager) and Momammed in Reception were amazing, soo helpul and caring, providing guidance and assistance for all our needs. They booked the dervish show our first night and it was the cheapest price after I had compared with multiple places outside the hotel. Mohit was wonderful, also helping all our needs, such a warm and beautiful soul. Seline and Ihan at the breakfast room took care of us every morning, providing such an amazing breakfast! the eggs with tomato sauce were so yummy! the breakfast was freshly cooked with so many different things best breakfast ever! the team made us feel like at home (actually better than home:-) we did not want to leave, we felt in such a warm and caring environment, everyone making sure that my boys and us we were having a great time. We will always remember Roma Cave hotel and team, and definitely will stay here again.

We booked a family room at this hotel. And we have only positive impressions. The room was very very spacious, but the atmosphere of the cave was preserved. A small cozy balcony allowed in the early hours to enjoy the view of the balloons with a cup of tea and in pajamas. There is a fireplace in the room for the cold period. The hotel has many different areas for spending evenings with friends or family, thoughtful design, a viewing point with pillows, sofas by the campfire, a gazebo wrapped in grapes. For breakfast, you will be served a separate table with an assortment of Turkish dishes. The hotel has a private parking, which is very important in conditions of narrow streets and a large number of tourists.

Their selfless gestures and unwavering commitment to excellence are the hallmarks of a truly exceptional hotel, and we cannot praise them enough. The delectable meals prepared by the talented cook and server, Selin, were the perfect accompaniment to our stay, and her warm and friendly demeanor only added to the hotel's charm. The Roma Cave hotel is a wonderful place, in an excellent location in the historic center of Goreme. The rooms are made from the rock of the fairy chimneys and are spacious and well finished. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is excellent, the beds are very comfortable.Rooms are quiet, perfect for relax. The staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast is plentiful and with typical products prepared by the very good cook Mrs. Serdağ. Thanks for everything. Family with childrens

- the room was huge and the balcony was great to admire the city, specially at night when you can see the lights from all hotels ( our room was the only one in the hotel with balcony ) - breakfast is more than enough, we always tell them to take out things because it was too much ( is not buffet, and is the same every morning, they give you a lot of things to eat ) - the staff is great and they arrange things for you and make sure you have a great time ( they arrange the tours, the balloon and other activities in the area ) - the hotel has a private parking if you come by car and there are always spaces ( it is in plain sun all day ) - the center of the city is very close - 5 minutes by walking

- because is a cave hotel they don't have doors between the 2 bedrooms, so no privacy for the persons ( in case you need that )

The location is amazing, very central. We enjoyed the early morning view of the hot air balloons. The room was spacious. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The thing that stood out the most was the service provided by the staff socially Omar who went above and beyond in helping us getting the most out of our trip. He helped up book the best experiences where we made memories for a lifetime. From breakfast to location, from view to hospitality, everything was just perfect. He even helped us arranging a shuttle to the airport and was there in the morning to help us move our luggage (we had a lot since we are travelling through turkey and in the country foe 3 weeks with kids)

Internet could have been better but I guess there might be issues due to the cave suits and walls interrupting with the signals. It works but not what we’re used to.

great experience. beautiful room, the spa is do big you could swim in it. Staff were absolutely lovely. We called for room service one evening and the chef was away so they gave us a free fruit bowl and bottle of wine to say sorry ! highly recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful in arranging all our tours and balloon rides. The breakfast at the facility is amazing. The location cannot be beat as the market is steps away from the front door. The view from the terrace was perfection. Highly recommend staying here.

The location was excellent as it was at the more quiet end of a shopping and restaurant area. The hotel is so very pretty and has a lovely vibe. There were a number of common areas where you could sit and relax - especially in the mid-level rooftop where the circular firepit is. (We requested to use this area one night and Mohammed arranged for it to be all organised, music playing in the background, and an attentive staff member to top up the firepit with wood.)There are lots of comfortable tables and chairs there also. Mohammed and all the staff there were friendly and so helpful - and always with a smile. We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Cave Suite (Room 202) and it was HUGE - so spacious and luxurious. The beds were comfortable and there were a number of pillow choices, which makes such a difference. The temperature of the room always seemed to be just right ( I believe it was centrally heated but not certain). We had our very own little balcony that overlooked the town and the red & rose valleys in the distance. On the very early morning we were leaving, Mohammed came to assist taking our suitcases down the stairs and also to see us off. He even packed a few breakfast items to take with us! It's this kind of service that is not always possible, especially during peak season, but it is so very much appreciated when it is given. We absolutely loved staying here and whilst it may be a while until we return to Turkey, I hope this review will give you reassurance of our with stay.

I have two suggestions that I hope would be seen as helpful and NOT a complaint. Our room was up a large number of stairs and the hotel description mentions this so I was well aware. But some hand rails on all the stair cases would be great as it was a bit unnerving coming down them. The other suggestion would be to put a higher shower-head holder in the shower area as many westerners like to stand when showering and not having to hold the shower head.
